  1. Thank I sure will.., I appreciate that. She is gonna be one upset girl because I cannot find the missing video just spent the last 4 hrs looking through each folder and they are no where. Worst part is I know they were there because we watched the video of the new build a bear event already... I will keep looking... We still have amber cove to share as well as the finial night. The ship tour as well as some special footage. we will just be missing whats in between if I can find it.

  2. Thanks for the kind words once again. She is so proud of these as well as I am. I know the video quality is not that great, but we just purchased a new camera and I didn't realize till it was to late that her video wasn't coming out so good. thanks again to you all she is working on part 3 and should be out in next day or 2.

Here are the link once again

    Part one

    Part Two

Also keep posting Questions here or on the board and we will be doing a family question and answer real soon. The questions can be about the ship in general, cruising or about what ever you want.

    Thanks

  3. He will be able to participate in all of it. We just got off the freedom last week and loved the Dr Suess Additions:

Booksville: is just a fun place for families to read Dr Suess books and play Dr Suess Board Games. Adult supervision is needed for this. This Area is right out side camp Ocean on the Freedom.

The Parade was on our 2nd sea day... And it was awesome. You meet in the aft Lounge and they pass out noise makers and big character signs. They play circus theme music which really gets people going. Then the cruise director comes out and teaches every one a chant and a march which is followed by the charactors coming out and leading the parade from the aft lounge to the main lounge. At the Main lounge all the kids go on stage for an interactive story. Skip the cruise director did a great job and when they say kids of all ages I do believe the parents were having as much fun as the kids.

The Breakfast was on the last sea day. You can reserve as place from your head waiter at dinner. It also was a blast the dinning room was decorated like suesville and they had a special menu that featured green eggs and ham of course. The charactors come out one at a time and the kids get their picture taken with them. There is a ship photographer taking photo but they also allow you to take your own. This is the only opportunity to take your own photo with the charactors and your kids. They also give the kid an autograph sheet and the charactors stamp it for them.

There is also a night where they have backdrops set up and the charactors are out to take photo that are sold the next day in the photo shop.

There are some other age appropriate Dr Suess events in camp ocean but none of those include the charactors.

In my opinion Carnival did a good job partnering with Dr Suess and its a great addition to the ships.

  4. Just off the freedom this morning. All was good with her when I left. Getting off the ship this morning was very long and slow. They didn't call our number till almost an hour and a half after it was supposed to be called and custom line took for ever.

Great cruise favorite ship other then Oasis ever been on.
