  1. We are booked on the Pearl may 30  in a suite and cannot find any past info. Is this the first time  she is doing this route?  What ship did it last year? Also last summer we did Alaska and the last port was Victoria and the casino did not open after we left port. Does anyone know if that will happen at any port on this cruise? Thanks for the assist!  Any help is appreciated.

  2. Thank you so much,  my mom is on the cruise with you; and I have been following along and enjoying every post. Her  birthday is tomorrow, nov  7 and it would be great if you could put a note on her door saying happy bday from her favorite daughter.

    Much appreciated,

Her name is gg and she is in cabin 7248.   If anyone else is on board reading this you can add a note with the state you come from

Enjoy  the rest of your cruise, and I’ll keep following

  3. We had an absolutely phenomenal time in the concierge room. From the first day to early boarding which let us get every showtime and dinner reservation we wanted to the last day when we were personally escorted off on the “secret” elevator it was great.  The room size worked for us and the bathroom was super large. there was tons of storage including two big closets. Every day we had a surprise from our room attendant even though we sure did not need more food.  breakfast and lunch were our favorites as they knew our names after the first lunch and took great care of us. Even though the menu was the same every day none of us minded and there were plenty of options.   I forgot to mention I travelled with my mom, me and my two twenty something year old kids. We usually get two balconies but with the room size we were all together and we all spent more time together than with the two rooms. This was our first time on ncl , we usually travel with rccl but with the perk of 3rd and 4th in room we couldn’t pass it up. We had a suite on rccl last cruise also and this cruise was one of our favorites. We are from south Florida so Alaska was amazing. Sorry to be so verbose but if you have additional questions I’ll be happy to help.

  4. Looking for anyone who has stayed in the joy concierge  penthouse suite - the good, the bad and the ugly. Can you confirm room service privilege and also if both private breakfast and lunch offered. Any help and or tips most appreciated. Thanks!!!

  5. We used Hotwire “secret” hotel and got staybridge suites lake union! Super happy with unbelievable price and called them and even got an upgrade at no charge! BreAkfast included. Will let you know how it is after our August cruise.

  6. We will be joining you also. A quick weekend with my mom and my two dds one celebrating her 25th. We live in south Florida and the girls live in Orlando which makes this super easy!! We have booked the new vp suite so it should be fun! Can’t wait to see all the changes

  7. thanks all. Knew you would help. It is definitely junior suite status. One more question for you experts. We have only been on the allure and oasis balcony. Never did a 3 day but for time purposes we have to as a cruise is the only present my dd wants for her 25th bday. Is a vp worth it as it has an extra bathroom or should we go 2 connecting balcony rooms. What are we giving up or gaining with vp suite besides all four of us together in large room. Thanks again.
