We were recently on the Adventure and had a group of 47. Our travel agent had us at 5 tables against the windows on deck 4. They were separated by a step up and a railing. it was almost like our own private dining room.

Thanks for the information! We are headed on the same cruise Friday! Looking forward to a great Adventure!!

My plan is to send the younger ones in with the boys over 18 who have passes then they can leave them in there. I'm assuming once they are in that they don't have to have an adult standing next to them. Regardless of what my travel agent says, I'm still confused how they allow me to buy the pass for my 16 year old and not buy one for someone over 18. Seems strange....

My travel agent talked with Royal and they said that we would not have to pay and that they would note that in our reservations. Also, this might be a silly question but why does it let you buy the excursion for someone under 18 and not purchase for anyone else if they are not going to let them in?

Doesn't the cup have a chip in it to work with the machine? I'm wondering how those plastic ones have a chip or if they don't anymore?

I am so torn about this. It's our first RCCL cruise and my husband and boys are not happy about having to wear pants to dinner every night. The dress code says no shorts.....but is everyone telling me that men wear shorts to MDR at night??
-
really.....dress shorts are accepatable??
-
Would love to know too!!

Does anyone know if NY has staggered check in times? We are going on the Sunshine in June! Thanks!

Does NY have the staggered check in times?
Sailing on the Sunshine in June and want to get on as early as I can!

Went on February 14th and received them in the mail on February 26th...7 business days. We did not pay any extra...it was just that quick!
-
On non formal nights, they can wear khaki shorts or plaid shorts with a shirt...my boys only wear pants on cruise elegant nights...same with my husband

It's $98 for the encounter and $185 for the swim and there is a 10% off coupon that you can use if you "like" their Facebook page. We just booked it for our April cruise.
There is an upgrade fee of $32 per person to use the aqua park, noodles, mats and it also included lunch.

I have heard that it is ridiculously busy during that week...Easter Week. We wanted to visit on 4/23 when we are docked but it was going to cost almost $1200 for my family of 6 to go from 830-130....considering the slides don't open until 10 am, we decided against it.
I would say that you should do something else and return to Atlantis on a land vacation, during the off season.
But....remember that there are usually 4-6 ships in port everyday and they all sell excursions to Atlantis.

Only need 1 per room....that's all we booked for our upcoming Splendor cruise...so I hope that's right!
-
Thanks...we are on the April 18 th sailing and would love to hear what people think of it!
-
Anyone back from the Splendor recently, have any info on the Seuss at Sea breakfast? I think it was supposed to start at the end of January.

We are considering booking this excursion, some of us just the beach and others with the dolphin swim. Recent reviews on the Carnival Shore Excursion page have not been great. Does anyone have any recent experience with this excursion, especially the boat ride over and the dolphin experience.
-
Does Carnival serve sausage, biscuits and gravy at breakfast? Have a 13 year old dying to know....
-
Another question about the floating iceberg...Can you just walk down there on the beach? Do you have any idea what the cost is to use it?
-
Where in Grand Turk is that climbing iceberg? My kids would love that!

The free chairs and umbrellas are great! The beaches were not overly crowded. The food was awesome!! And the Oasis Lagoon Pool was so much fun!! We didn't pay for a thing!! Loved A Perfect Day at CocoCay!
