Just returned for a fly sleep cruise this past weekend. We used Comfort Inn on cocoa beach and they handled all the details. The used 888 transportation from MCO and Beach Transportation from hotel. We spent a night at the hotel on our return otherwise they will line up transportation from Pier to MCO. Could probably save lining up all the transportations yourself but first our first cruise it worked out great. TripAdvisor has mixed reviews on Comfort Inn but we were pleased and only a block from beach!

Thank you for the positive comments regarding the Comfort Inn and the fly snooze and cruise package. We will be staying there next month the night before our cruise. We decided we didn't need anything fancy but just a clean hotel room with restaurants, stores and the beach near by. So thank you! I will give a review once we arrive home after our cruise. :)

I really enjoyed reading your review regarding the Magic. 7 weeks from today I will be boarding the Magic doing the eastern Caribbean route. I have one of the 'bowling alley' cabins booked and am SO SO SO excited! I have had that type of cabin before on the Liberty and Victory. Loved it! So excited to have one again. Again THANK YOU for posting your review and all of the photos. Truly enjoyed it...

Loved your review. Will be on the Pride this April. I have never been on this class of ship before. Was scheduled to be on the Magic in April but then switched to the Pride just a few days ago. Research for this cruise has now begun!! I really enjoyed your review and pictures!! We will be in a cabin just down from yours so enjoyed the pictures taken from your balcony!!

I have been on 7 cruises and have seen only two large spiders in Belize while cave tubing. I have never seen any mosquitoes any where. I have not gone to any heavily wooded areas except walking to the river to go cave tubing. I did hear today on the news that cases have been reported in Illinois and Florida. Has anyone seen any mosquitoes any where on their cruises?? Just curious.

I have stayed in an L-shaped cabin on the Liberty and Victory. LOVED THEM BOTH!! Enjoy your cruise!

I am looking forward to being on the Magic in 7 months. Have been on 7 wonderful cruises. Six with Carnival and one on Royal Caribbean. I go with a positive attitude, on vacation and letting no one or nothing spoil that for me. How can one even be on a bad cruise anyways????

Thank you both. Will check those out. I was excited about s few hotels. Checked reviews on Trip Advisor and folks wrote about bed bugs and cock roaches and posted photos. Oh my!! I am moving on and checking more hotels out. So thank you again!!

I am looking for the same info. I was looking into a shuttle from Orlando to Cocoa Beach hotel. Rented a car before just want to use a shuttle this time. I was looking into the Hilton however from what I have read it is not close to any restaurants and/or stores for last minute items. Last time cruised out of Port Canaveral stayed in hotel in Cocoa and rented a car. Want to get a shuttle this time and stay in a hotel in Cocoa Beach. I am looking for a nice/clean hotel in Cocoa Beach near restaurants/stores within walking distance. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I am booked on the Magic too in seven months same ports! I am over the top excited!! Excited to go back to San Juan and St. Thomas. This will be the largest ship I have ever been on. Just so excited!!:)

Yes congratulations on your first cruise! I will admit my first glimpse of the Glory and when I stepped on board were truly magical!! Now I just booked my 8th cruise (7th on Carnival) just this week on the Magic and I am over the top excited! I am bursting at the seams with excitement!! So truly sit back and enjoy every moment while you are on that beautiful ship. I know I will be!! [emoji572]️

My daughter and I took a taxi to Coral World spent the rest of the day at Coki Beach. We did it on our own May 2012. Then taxi back to the ship.

We had very nice stays at the HI Express. Clean, friendly, a shuttle and breakfast. Combine with the rate, and we had a pleasant stay.;)

Stayed at Holiday Inn Express in 2009 and used a Carnival code which gave us a better price deal. Is there still a Carnival code??
