@3CatsInMA Thank you so much! This is awesome. I had no idea that you could check out that many towels. We have some laundry hanging up now, but our next load we'll definitely get some towels. Thanks again!
I used the blow dryer for the underwire and some light shirts. Also wrapped in towels first.

Following post to see your final decision. We have 30,000 pts to upgrade on our next trip in 2026. I will check with my TA. She is great!
Good luck. 😉

We have booked these rooms several times had no question asked on boarding. Some cruises show these not available when booking for 2. We like these cabins because they have the larger couch.

Thanks M for the info. We will check it out if no classes we will do on our own.
Gotta keep in shape. 😉

Does RLC have aqua fittness classes onboard?

Our TA did this for us posted to bank next day.

Are you a US service veteran? You can receive up yo $250 pp obviously. Myself and husband are vets, so we now have $500 total.

We have used Viator all over the world including Mediterranean also airport transfers with an executive car. Always great tours. We plan to use in upcoming RCL transpacific cruise in Australia and NZ. Nice that payment isn’t due until 24hrs before tour. Also will use on our 2023 cruises in Europe. I have full faith in their tours. We have also used Cruise Excursions.com.

Hello to all - this is our first Princess cruise, our history is with Royal Caribbean. RCL charges for use of the solarium. We prefer the quietnesses of the solarium as two 70’s retirees. Is there a charge for this? We are scheduled on the September 24 transpacific on the Majestic out of LA. Really looking forward to this after so many prior cruises since our initial 2020 cancelled and rescheduled.
Thanks,
Ruth

I know how you feel My TA gets her notices later than most on cc. I usually hear from cc them email my TA.

Once the cruise has been cancelled they cannot transfer money. You need to wait for the FCC.
That being said you can call and make a reservation and they will out a hold on the cabin and wait until the FCC is issued so that you can use the FCC to cover the deposit.
BTW, I would count on February sailing...look at April as its a safer bet
‘That’s what we did once we realized the cruise will not happen we booked with RCL a new cruise the refundable deposit taking advantage of a sale. Then the cruise was transferred to my ta and received the fcc. We saved $$ this way and got the cabin of our choice before the prices increased significantly. I learned from The cancellation of our March 2020 NZ cruise.- 1

Our March 2020 NZ (cancelled while onboard in Sydney) and April 2020 Transpacific cancelled. Rebooked for March and April 2021. Just decided to move them to fall 2021 Ovation cruises. Fingers crossed that the world will get a better control on the virus and that something new won’t pop up. 😂

We had 3 cruises cancelled for March and April 20 now rebooked for March 21. Yes we will continue to cruise in the future since I just retired in Feb. We were in Australia for just week returned home. On our Radiance cruise to NZ on board for 3hours before Captain announced NZ closed. We are optimistically cautious and will be patient for all this to pass and a vaccine is available. Stay safe all 🥰

Our March Radiance NZ dropped to $48 - I bought it.

We will be cruising the 10 day Gold Coast cruise on the Sun on Easter. Does Princess do anything special, any special events or menu?

Will be on the ship March 14 for the NZ cruise, glad all is ok so far 😁

Still enjoying this discussion. Hubby wears silk shorts and has no hair on legs, just incase someone is looking under our table.... Yes they are still shorts.

I'm getting such a kick out of this thread. April will be my first cruise on Princess, trying to see what the cruises are like on this forum. I see nothing is new. We usually use RCCL, Norweigin and Holland America.
I will approve my husband wearing his silk shorts in the dinning room.
Happy travels and don't worry!

This is our first trans pacific cruise in April on the Radiance Sydney to Honolulu. With a cruise this long and many sea days, what is the entertainment like? We plan to keep ourselves busy joining in the various activities. How is the meal plan, I would think many repreat menus. Any special suggestions on how to keep busy other than the usual reading, working out, shows, etc? I was looking for prior reviews on transpacific, anyone have one??
Thanks,
CT

I looked up the website of the large pontoon boat located at the reef they take you to for the day snorkeling, it had the prices for the extras. I know Quicksilver is one of them.

We were on a Alaska cruise in July - the Denali excursion had cans for water.

Good decision to bring your own and conditioner too if you use it.
I have found a good use though for the shampoo/conditioner combo that Princess provides - I use it instead of soap when I shave my legs!
Great idea!!

I only bought it because it was $18 per day.(Beverage gate) Have it now for all 2020 trips. Not sure if we will even keep it at that price. Will see how the test run goes in Feb🍺
