You clear Canadian customs when you arrive at the Airport in Vancouver. You clear US customs prior to boarding the ship at Canada Place.

If you want to spend  extra stay at the Pan Pacific right at the dock, the bellman will take your luggage and the next time you see it is in your stateroom. There are a few hotels across the street that offer the same service but its nice to eat breakfast, go upstairs have them get your bags and take the elevator down and walk to the end of the pier and get on board.

    Lots of info here

Do you need to book the cruise package at this hotel to have your bags take to the ship?

  2. Mom and I just got back from Celebrity Solstice 14 night New Zealand to Sydney in April. She is 87 and I also brought her friend we have not seen her for 10 years. We had and awesome time. We have been lucky to do multi cruises, I think this was our last one together. I sure wish she was 20 years younger. We have a lot of fun together but it gets pretty hard to travel. We will still continue to go on some gambling junkets together. We like to gamble also! :)

  3. So now I have the Hampton inn Brickell, two Marriott, Marquis and Biscayne Bay all booked. We will be here for two nights in March prior to our cruise. Which Marriott would be best for views of the cruise ships?( i did book bay view rooms). Which hotel has the best places we can walk to? Should I just stay with my original hotel the Hampton Inn? The more I look the more confused I get. Pros and Cons please.

    Thanks:(

  4. Since you booked before 1/1/16 you will still get 2 free specialty dining reservations. This was confirmed on these boards and facebook by Celebrity. This perk never appears on the reservation.

The facebook post was around November 18.

Celebrity Suite and Sky Suite bookings (for any sail date) that are made by January 1, 2016 will still enjoy the complimentary specialty dining reservations benefit. These suite guests will enjoy 1 specialty restaurant reservation for each guest in the suite for cruises 7 nights or less and 2 specialty restaurant reservations for each suite guest for cruises 8 nights or longer.

    Thank you so much!

  5. We booked our Celebrity Suite on December 22nd 2015. We will be on the Eclipse for 14 days starting March 5 of 2017. Do we still get the specialty dinning that was in place until January 2016. If so how do I find it on my reservation? It it is not on the reservation how do I make sure we get that old perk? How many specialty dinners should we get? thank you for the help.

  6. Isn't that included as along with water and soda.... I think club soda is stronger than Coors Lite... If not I think its $6.50 + 18%.

You know the old saying what in common between coors lite and making love in a canoe .......( Ill let you figure that out if you haven't heard it before)

    :);)
