  1. Think of it like an excursion (one you don't even have to get off the ship for). In my opinion, it's certainly worth trying at least once. We've gone several times and most were very enjoyable. The least favorite time was thanks to some busy body table mates - sort of like the Russian Roulette you play in the MDR if you're sat with random people (one of the reasons we don't dine in the MDR anymore). I've heard enough of "my son's the quarterback... made the honor roll..." etc...

Thanks for sharing! I definitely want to try it at least once!

  2. We were on the Dream in September and our Muster station was in a conference room. We were lined up in rows and it was very hot in that conference room with so many people in it. It took a while because they had several people not show up so we waited for a while.

  3. I guess I'm not so weird. It sounds like a common issue. I sometimes get it after a cruise, but not always. The worst I feel it is at night while sleeping, I wake up to the feeling that the bed is moving. It usually goes away after a few days. Like others, I do not get motion sickness while at sea.

This is exactly what happens to me! I don't get it after every cruise, but it's usually when the ship had a lot of movement.

  4. I asked John Heald on Facebook today if he had any information. This was his reply which I was very excited about:

"Here you go mate, lots of upgrades and I wish you a brilliant time. cheers

    • Pizzeria del Capitano (deck 10 aft)

    • Blue Iguana Cantina (deck 10 midship)

    • Guy’s Burger Joint (deck 10 midship)

    • Pig and Anchor BBQ (Lanai deck 5)

    • Bonsai Sushi Restaurant (Promenade deck 5)

    • Alchemy Bar (Promenade deck 5)"

I am sure there are other things like carpet, stage, etc but the ones above were the highlights.

Good to know!! Thanks for the information!😊

  5. We always choose late dining so that we don't have to rush back while in port to get ready for the early dinner. We usually hit the taste bar when available or grab some cheese and prosciutto from the buffet to take back to the cabin to snack on with a glass of wine while getting ready for dinner. It works great for us!
