But for your beach I would choose Secret Harbor. Shouldn't be a problem getting chairs as long as you get moving, and there's a restaurant on the beach with anything you might want (to eat or drink, at least).

 

Our second choice would be either Lindbergh (Best Western Emerald bneach resort, not the BW Carib) or Morningstar at the Marriott, and either of these would be fine for a beach before shopping.

Blue water you are awesome! Thank you! Trying to narrow down options. Thinking about beaches in front of Elysian,

Secret Harbor beach resort, Bluebeard's or beach near Best Western. Or anything you might suggest. chairs and cold beverages important to us. Shh, we are two gals in our 50's.. We are planning a morning at the beach followed by shopping downtown in the afternoon. We arrive on NCL Getaway. I think there are ONLY 6 ships in port that day...thank you!

Just a quick FYI. The Celebrity Reflection arrived 2 hours late in to Miami on 12/28 due to a medical evacuation that took place the day before. It caused a two hour delay overall. This was an unusual circumstance, but surely caused problems with those guests with early flights.

We were on the Reflection last week -Eastern itinerary. We were in rooms 6169-6171-6167 on port side. We had beautiful views of the ports. The view in San Juan was better on the starboard side, but as far as St.Thomas and St.Maarten the views from port side beautiful. You can't go wrong. It is beautiful everywhere! The ship was outstanding in every way! Have a great time.
