I believe that you are thinking of Orlando International (MCO). The MCO Hyatt is located inside of the airport. If you stay there before your cruise out of Port Canaveral, you can leave your luggage in your room (with your cruise tags) and the bellmen will retrieve them and deliver to DCL.

It is VERY convenient - leave your bags in the morning, see them in the evening on the ship! :)

Caribbean in January is usually pretty nice (though, the further North you get, it can get pretty chilly). Pack a light jacket because the wind sometimes kicks up pretty good in the evening.

We have used both Quicksilver and Happy Limo in the past. QS is ok. One time they forgot the carseats that we requested for our (then) 2 and 4 yo. They were late another time (but that happens with any car service).

I have used Happy Limo for our last 5 or so cruises and they have been very good.
