  1. In the past when we dined at the Chef's Table it was held in the CL, now it states that it is held in an "exclusive enclave within Chops Grille". Does anyone know why? Maybe the noise from the CL was too much? Has anyone attended since the change of location? Is Chops that empty now and they want it to look more full?

    Which ship?

  2.

We did receive a $70 bottle of Champagne upon arrival. We also received a daily platter of hors d'oeuvres, a free bottle of Evian, use of two (2) portable ship phones, a fruit basket, fresh flowers, and all of the other perks listed here: :) Enhanced Program for Suite Guests :). If I think of anything else, I will let you know. Of course, if you have any questions, feel free to ask!

    Happy Cruising,

FlowRyder, do you recall what brand of champagne it was?

  3. no need to get upset with someone that rude lol..

When this happens to me, i just look at the person and say, " hi" and how are you today. Gosh that's a nice shirt" or whatever. People don't know how to respond. So, i go off smiling and thinking what an a@# they are.

    :) :) :) :)

  4. I knew we had the two best aft cabins. I think the common area will be something that we will make good use of. This may be our last family cruise before grandchildren so we need to make the most of it. I just switched our reservation so 1688 and 1690 are now open for booking. I could still use the photos if anyone has some to share to show our kids. It is very difficult to find photos of 9394. If anyone has a photo I would really appreciate your sharing pics or a link. Thanks so much.

The four RFS on the Mariner and Navigator are the same. You can search for any of those on webshots, and find lots of pictures.

Apparently most people are out enjoying their weekend! :)

  5. We are currently booked in 1688 and 1690. We are considering a change to a Royal Family suite' date=' but I need more info. My DH is not sure about the space issues. Photos would be very helpful. We are a group of 5. It is my DH and I as well as our two grown DS's and a GF.[/quote']

Keep those two cabins! Put three in 1688 and two in 1690, and you will all be VERY happy.

Unless the RFS is dirt cheap, or you are *dying* to have access to the Concierge Lounge, you are already set with those two cabins.

No bathtub or walk-in closet, but 1688 is much larger than the standard D1 (like 1690), approaching the size of a JS.

1688's balcony is very large, and 1690's balcony is large. I can't remember if the dividers on the aft of the Navigator can be opened or not.

  6. Hi All,

Does anyone have pictures of the Family Oceanview Stateroom on the Freedom of the Seas or in that class? Particularly 6200 or 6500?

    Thank you in advance,

    Patty

Patty, I assume that you have looked on Royal Caribbean's website. The one picture that they have is pretty good.

Freedom class ships are just stretched Voyager class ships. Thus, the very front and very back of the ships are the same.

Here ia a photo album of those family oceanview cabins on Mariner:
