I bought Excursion Tracy Arm Fjord ...1pm ... This excursion will actually happen on your Tracy Arm day... it is a boat that tenders to Spirit. I believe they set it up on Seattle as to not confuse people into thinking Tracy Arm is an actual port we dock.

What numbers will you be checking? Local infection rates? Occupancy of the cruise?
(is there a way to find out the occupancy of the cruise beforehand? )
I'll be checking Miami infection rates.

I'm going to see what the numbers look like in Florida on the day I can do check in. If the numbers are really high I'm going to try to move all my money to my 2023 Alaska trip. I am curious though to see how my OBC is going to work out since I have quite a bit. Also not sure what Southwest will do since my Alaska trip is over 12 months later and I won't be able to use the funds by then?

Cruise Date April 27, 2020
Cancelled by calling Carnival on March 12th
Rebooked on March 12th for April 2021.
Received the rest of my booking refund $850.00 today on AMEX (the rest was put on new booking). Still waiting for two excursions and gratuity refunds.
Okay now both of my excursions are credited on two different Citi cards. I was mistaken about gratuity it had already been factored into my FCC. I am now fully accounted for and ready to cruise!

I canceled my 4-27-2020 cruise on March 12th and booked a 4-27-2021 Cruise same day. They made me pay a $400 deposit and moved most of my money to the new booking. They still owe me quite a bit that's supposed to go back to my American Express, refunds for two excursions and my gratuities. Today I did receive my $600 OBC that I had filled out the new form about a week ago. So that's good. They are working on the submitted forms.

Hi, I just cancelled my prepaid gratuities and am letting the $200 credit pay for them instead. How will I get my prepaid $ back? OBC ? Back to CC? Thanks for any insight ! 🛳️💲

Also, brought suit jacket for my husband on first cruise. Every cruise after he now wears a very nice black button sweater with subtle embroidered crest with black dress pants and shoes. He has two shirts in dry cleaner bags pressed with ties. If you just brought a neutral white or beige shirt you could get away with that for both elegant nights. Just have different tie.

Gained 7 lbs 1st cruise... never again. Save dessert for dinner. Drink champagne (1/2 the calories). Eat eggs and grapefruit for breakfast. Have french toast last brunch sea day as a reward. Lunch try and not do alot of carbs, Love salad w/ protein added or wrap at Blue Iguana. Do active excursions.20+ cruises later never gained a lb, sometimes a lb or two less.

Wow thanks for such a great review ! We are going next Feb and was wondering if Serenity had the salad bar that Vista has?

Trainers wrestle dolphins into a sling in order to hold it underwater to the limits of it's breath. This asserts dominance over the wild creature to break it and allow for further training. Food deprivation and torture are how these dolphins learn to do tricks for your amusement. If you've ever spent money on a dolphin show or swim with dolphin program, you paid for this to continue.

I don't want to be one of "those people", but can I get away with a long sleeved button down with no tie and slacks for formal night? I hate taking a suit on vacation, but will do so if needed.
Thanks for the help.
My husband wears a real nice black cardigan with button down & dress pants .... despised ties

The only caesar salad that comes close (unless fine private owned resaturant) is Outback's... It's a little spicier but JUST as delicious

I bring thin large beach towels to use off the ship that dry fast. I think Carnivals beach towels are too big and heavy to carry when I'm also carrying snorkle fins etc...

Bump ... this is being offered again on some AMEX .. this time $75 off $250

I got the letter too about our Feb 2017 cruise. Curious to see what room I will receive going from a 4J which has a obstructed view window but easy secret balcony access. Also I'm thinking its 2.0 upgrade is an abbreviated version. No Guys burgers, Red Frog etc...?
$100 credit and I'm still going to all the ports...I hope they at least give me an ocean view.

That Sensation pin went for 103.77.... I mean the only difference on the pin is the name... GEEZE !!!!
I'd rather spend the $ on an actual cruise... (maybe I can paint the word Sensation on my extra Miracle pin, lol)
-
bidding on this sensation pin is up to $46... I want one but that's steep:eek:
