I agree, this is a great thread. Here's my tip.....keep a note pad or index cards by your computer while reading and write down the ones that really work for you. It's too hard to remember them all. Then I put the note pad in my suitcase so I can look over it at the last minute. I always find at least one thing I had forgotten about!

It's not just a problem with phone numbers. I get the same "technical difficulties" message just trying to even get started checking in.
