  1. We cruised last May and had a wonderful time. we opted for the steakhouse one night and it was one of our highlights. Service and food were wonderful and they even brought a special dessert over for my husbands birthday.

The ship was in decent shape and our room on the lido deck was clean and neat. We had a balcony room so it was nice to have that privacy to enjoy the view.

We didn't do any excursions through NCL but we did a fun Rum Runner Tour with Islandz Tours in Nassau.

Food was good everywhere we ate. We really enjoyed Flick and the Rock and Roll show. (Though the singing was more screaming at the Rock show)

  2. I sailed on the Liberty last year and really enjoyed it. We had a balcony room on the Lido deck and we were in a perfect spot. The ship was nice and easy to navigate. The only issues we had were on day one with the bar staff. It took far too long to get a drink.

The shows were fun. They had a show call Flick and it was really good. The Rock and Roll show was fun but the singing was more like yelling! We really enjoyed the steakhouse. Best service we ever had and the food was delicious! We did the 4 night cruise as we heard the three night was more of a party cruise.

  3. Hi all

This will be our third cruise. We will be going a a shorter 4 night cruise to the Bahamas at the end of April.

The stops are Freeport and Nassau.

I don't really want to do any excursions and from what I have been reading Freeport doesn't have a lot to offer.

I do want to get off the ship in Nassau though. I would like to see possibly the pirate museum and a few local highlights. Is this doable by walking or do we need a cab?

If we do get off the ship in Freeport is there anything worth checking out?
