Can anyone confirm when is the latest date to pre order the premium drinks package? I was planning to complete my online check in for 13th June sailing but unsure if once checked in it may prevent me from pre buying the package and I would have to wait until onboard.

You were right..must have been internet glich..phew. Even managed to print luggage tags which I couldnt do yesterday. Holidays here we come😃

Is there a problem with NCL website including app? I cannot log onto account and the app cant find my reservation. Getting a bit worried now.

I phoned NCL  (UK)last Saturday to cancel prepaid shore excursions and requested refund. They cancelled no problem and confirmed amount to be refunded. I can see the excursions removed from my acct itinerary but have not recieved any confirmation email and monies still not credited back to credit card. Had anyone had any problems with this?

This may be a very simple question but hopefully you can help.....I have been trying to add a couple of countdown clocks to my signature ...to no avail. As per instructions I copy & paste but the clock doesnt save to the signature. I used to have a few which have now gone & it has been a long time since I posted anything but I am still a bit perplexed with this. Thank you in advance of any help:confused:

DB and I have just returned from the GEM on 6/2/08. On emptying the cases I noticed we had forgotton to pack the photos we had bought from the ship's photographer!! I have contacted NCL to see if it is possible to have them sent on and I wondered if anyone else had any similar experience - hopefully with the items being returned. :eek:
