They booked via a TA- would that make a difference in terms of whether or not they get an email? Do they not make upgrade bids available for certain bookings or voyages? the ship is not sold out and there are higher class cabins available...

my parents just booked (yesterday) a cruise last minute, leaving in two weeks. I would love to upgrade them; however I'm not seeing any place to bid or anything their My NCL account... am I not looking in the right place?

We are looking at our first Seabourn cruise, probably booking 3 rooms. Is the OBC referral coupon only good for one room, or does it apply to multiple rooms? It seems that the offer isn't combinable with the AMEX cruise priveleges offer from what I've read; but that is valid for up to 3 rooms..

First cruise, from Miami to Nassau, to Little Stirrup Cay! i was maybe 8 at teh time. I remember my little captain's hat! oh what fun. We paid $90 per child (three of us) and $300 for each adult! 2 rooms total!
