  1. Same for me. I sent out an email but haven’t heard back. I tried logging in to online check in and gives the modifications message you got. I also tried my cruise planner and is says error locking booking.

  2. About 5 years ago on Allure my husband changed his voice and called my brother’s room (from somewhere else on the ship) and pretended to be room service scolding him for ordering 27 pancakes. He went on to say that he tried to deliver it and no one was there. How much he was going to be charged....I don’t remember all the details, but my brother got super defensive and frustrated. It was a good laugh. My brother also slept on a chocolate mint on a cruise when we were kids and really messed up the sheets. He’s easy to pick fun at! He can laugh with us later.

  3. We have done this 3x with our kids. Always with one under 2! It also includes the pools. We walked through the aquarium and out on the beach. Then we spent some time at the lagoon and ended our time at the pool. We also got lunch near the pool too. I think the reason you’re having a hard time booking the 2 year old is bc they are free.

  4. I absolutely do also....Perhaps there is some flexibility with Adventure Ocean and older aged groups cross-over's ...but not in this very young age group. There's been recent discussion on this board about this very subject.

I have heard of this before but it’s been years ago. That is why I asked. Also, when we cruised Allure 2012 with our then 8 month old we did plan ahead for our nursery times. And booked them in advance. Also why I asked when I couldn’t find it on the pre-cruise planner.

  5. Actually they do allow fully potty trained 2 year olds in aquanauts, so they could possibly be together if the older sibling is between 3 and 5.

Fully potty trained, able to communicate and follow instructions and (usually but not always) within 3 months of a 3rd birthday.

However, sometimes they may request you try the nursery first and they'll make the judgement call.

Sometimes they may not due to numbers. A few manager just say no to any age group moves.

If a 2 year old is bumped up, it' only ever a trial. One accident, back to the nursery. Unable to follow instructions, back to the nursery. Parents don't come when asked, back to the nursery.

Don' let people tell you it won' happen, they clearly haven't worked there, but you won' get a definite answer on that one until you actually get onboard and talk to the staff of your exact cruise.

    Enjoy your cruise!

    Thanks for the info!

  6. Thank you for the LIVE review! Enjoyed it! We sail the Eastern Caribbean in June! 10 weeks from today! Took lots of notes from your review! Y’all seemed to have done most everything!! Hoping we will be able to even with 3 little ones! Hopefully they will love the kids club as much as they have in the past! So far we have Sabor (as a family) and Chops (date night) booked for our first and last nights! Really considering wonderland now too! At least for dessert! Thanks again!

  7. 1. I bring a small bottle of dawn dish soap! kids always get ketchup or something on their clothes that will stain and if I just throw it in our laundry bag my chances of getting it out at home aren't so great!

    2. Extra pacifiers....we were weaning from ours on a trip and she lost it the last night and it was pretty miserable so now I bring an extra pack if we are traveling with our little one.

3.We always carry off our own luggage on the last day. I would rather wake early to pack on our last morning while everyone else is sleeping than take away from our last day.

    4. On the big ships we try to plan our day or evening around a neighborhood.

For example....The night we plan Chops or one of the CP restaurants we have drinks at those bars.

On the night we go to the Fine Line we go to Sabor or whatever place is there for dinner and let the kids check out the arcade, carousel, etc.

Formal night we consider the places that we would like to spend time a little more dressed up!

5.Make a check list of the things you MUST do and HOPE to do and check them off as you go!

  8. Currently potty training my 2 year old for our June cruise on Harmony. His brother and sister will be 6 and 5 and he tries so hard to keep up! He made me laugh so hard this week. I told him we had to go in the potty so we can swim on the cruise. And his response was “I not swimmin’ in the potty”. Haha Went right over his head.

  9. We have been to Trunk Bay twice and Emerald Bay Resort once. I would go back to either of those in a heartbeat, but most of my family wants to try something new! Can anyone suggest what else we may love if we LOVED Emerald? The hotel bar on the beach made my father so happy. So something similar to that would be awesome!

  10. Last summer we cruised the Disney Dream and we forgot our bag of medicine on our bed at home. Most things we could replace at the grocery store, but my husband takes Adderall for ADHD and there was no way we could replace that one. He has a very hard time adjusting when he's off of it. We had our panic hour or two and then we decided to make the best of it. He was pretty miserable at times but it was still better than being at work! Now we have added that to the list of things to triple check to make sure we don't leave home without!

  11. How long does it last and what are you allowed to do on the resort when it's over? We have been to the resort 5 times with different excursions, but never have done this one!

Also if part of the group we are with is just going to the resort and part of us are doing the dolphins what makes the most sense to try to have transportation together? (For example grandparents may want to watch the kids with the dolphins) TIA!
