Here's our go to: http://bestbajamassage.com/
We never, ever not go to them when we stop in Ensenada and we've been going for years. Never a bad or mediocre experience. Very easy to get to...take the $2.00 van to "town" and walk across the street to McDonalds, make a right and they are on the left hand side (east side of the street) about 1/2 way down the block..

A few weeks ago I noticed I had $25 inside/$50 ocean view offers for departures from Long Beach to Catalina/Ensenada. Booked a few of those. The 6/7 day cruises were available but I didn't want to use vacation time from work. I was also shown same rates for Florida ports.
At first the specials were noticeable, but after a few days I had to hunt them down.
OV cabin per person with taxes/fees, less OBC worked out to be $123.
My last cruise was just taxes/fees as it was comped through casino.
I'm getting spoiled on how little I am paying for these getaways.

Does anyone know when she gets the 2.0 upgrades?
Her next refurb is scheduled in 2015 (the captain mentioned this during behind the fun tour).
We were also told no eggcrates on the ship so the steward added a few layers of bedding--really didn't help at all.
-
Loved the ship, hated the bed--to the point of not booking another cruise until beds are changed out. Fortunately the serenity deck was quiet & we caught up on our sleep during the day.
-
Curious on your thoughts on the beds!

How much does Carnival require you to put down if you are doing cash? On HAL we are required to put down $60/pp/day which for the two of us for a 7-day is $840.
Thank you!!

OP: did you book via PVP or through website yourself?
This is boggling my mind. You would think a penny conscious company (with employees paid spiff/bonuses/commissions) would keep a PVP sales report. Or at least be able to pull up a general ledger or account history on a booking. There's just so many ways they should theoretically be able to track the booking.
Hope it gets resolved soon for you!

if you live in 2014 will you tell me some powerball numbers please? :D
I'm the poster child for "bad things happen to good people when they post to CC instead of doing their 9 to 5 duties" !

On the state department website they have mention current processing time. I've found it to be quite accurate so far in 2014. 2-4 weeks.

Tried to get the faster to the fun pass, but they are sold out! Does anyone know how soon before the tenders start running that they hand out the tickets? Thanks!
Keep checking for FTTF, spots may be added (I nabbed one after a week of random checking).

FASCINATION
JACKSONVILLE, FL

Not a Florida resident but I have purchased one day passes to wdw never showed ID
Probably because you didn't purchase a pass priced for local residents. You also purchased a single day pass, not a multi-park/multi-day.
-
For those of us without FTTF (sold out by the time I booked my trip
Keep checking--they will release FTTF as/if they become available. There may be days it doesn't show up as an excursion & then there will be a few days where it does, then it disappears again.

We have the cabin 2 doors down booked for this year's Thanksgiving cruise. When booking it appeared as a "premium" but it is actually an extended. The cabins along this section have an extended balcony (60sf) and are an 8K
The ones tucked behind the elevators on the starboard side have an extended balcony (85sf) and the cabin is a bit bigger at 230sf, which is a 9B.

How does your Cruise Cash balance show up on the kiosk and/or statements? Are you able to see how much you have remaining?
-
Free cruises are a comp, as are the photo coupons, drinks, strawberries, fruit baskets, wine, etc.
It's not how much cash you put in, it's how much cash/credits you cycle through. I've put in $100 in a session that lasted 20 minutes. I put $20 in a session that lasted 5 hours. The casino will provide more comp points for the $20 session than the $100 session.
Based on the amount of comp points the casino creates theorticals which helps to determine how much of a theoretical loss a player will give to the casino. The better the ratio, the better the comp level.
Craps, while providing great odds for the player, earns comps at a slower rate.
I'm thinking that Ship casinos have a modified theoretical equation, but I highly doubt it's "random". There's always a method to the madness when casino profits are concerned.

The one thing that might be a detriment for the 85 y/o would be bad knees, only for the landing but even then it's a gentle landing. I've found parasailing to be nice & gentle.

Norma is supposed to make landfall in Cabo on Monday as a Cat 1. Will be interesting to see if they switch port orders, skip Cabo or add additional days at other ports.
