Me and my family take a cruise every year. We are currently trying to decide on 2019 cruise and it is between Carnival Breeze Eastern Caribbean 7 Day out of Port Canaveral(Amber Cove, San Juan, St. Thomas & Grand Turk) and Carnival Magic Eastern Caribbean 6 day out of Ft. Lauderdale ( Amber Cove, Half Moon Cay, Grand Turk)

For people who have been on both ships or may have taken these itineraries, which would you choose?

We have a group of 16 going to Cozumel in 3 weeks. Was wondering what would be the best beach to go to for a DIY beach day. Youngest person in our group is 8 years old. If someone could help me with a breakdown of each beach and the cost it would be extremely helpful

On a lot of the islands my family and I like to walk out to the port and hire a local cab driver to give us a tour and take us to the beach. Is this recommended in Cozumel? My family is worried Mexico might not be safe. Any help would be appreciated

Is it me or are the Carnival Vista prices higher than previous new ships Carnival has rolled out?

I have never had an interior cabin before. Me, my wife and two kids usually have an ocean view but this year we couldn't afford it so we went with Lido Deck interior.

Folks who have had interior cabin before, how was it? I have this mental block because of no sunlight.

Does anyone have a copy of these? Leaving in a little over a month and would love to see them.

This year I am cruising on July 4th and just wanted to know if Carnival did anything special on their ships for July 4th?

I am excited about Thursday. Very curious as to what the homeport of the Vista will be.

In St. Maarten you can walk to Great Bay Beach and sit on a towel for free. There is a beach walkway where food is reasonable and most beer is just 2.00.

I have heard there is pollution at great bay. Is that true? Has that been cleared up?

For those who have not booked an excursion but rather waited and got a taxi when they got off the ship. How much did it cost for an island tour and taxi?

I will be cruising on the Breeze in 3 weeks and have started looking into cruises for next year. Not sure I want to go on the Breeze for a third straight year. Was thinking about on the Sunshine last year. Was wondering if anyone has been on it and if they enjoyed it? Also if you a have been on both the Sunshine and the Breeze which one did you prefer?

This will be my first time with a balcony cabin on my upcoming cruise. I have a 6 year old and want to make sure he never goes out to the balcony. Are the locks child proof. Do I need to bring something to make sure he doesn't sneak out.

In my opinion I think people are upset because the VIFP tab seems to be fradulent. I check it quite frequently and there are never any offers specifically tailored to me. The tab just shows the regular promotions they have going on. This will be my 7th cruise (in as many years no less) on Carnival and have never received any special offer at all. Am I angry? No. Can't be angry at another person's blessings.

Question is since the VIFP program started what special offers have been received? Besides this letter the only things I have heard about are free cruises for people who spend big money in the Casino.

I do like having a fun CD--I have had Butch 3 times now--was just on his last sailing of the Breeze on Jan 12--he is switching over to the Sunshine I guess. While I wouldnt choose a cruise totally on a CD, I do like having someone who is fun and outgoing. I like to see the shows and go to the parties and a good CD can really make the difference.

Embassy Suites Miami Airport is a nice hotel but they charge you for transfers and Parking. The prices are reasonable though

Exactly. I have been on here for over 5 years. I just post to get info and to give info and to share in the love we all have for cruising. I am not into the sniping or name calling or anything like that.
