I know she is on Celebrity, but Sue Denning is the best CD we have met on any cruise line. I may be prejudiced as she only lives 40 miles from us in Lancashire.

I echo that Sue was great and was always happy to chat on land or sea, again we may be biased she sang at a club a couple of times my mum and dad ran in Blackpool. Best thing was she remembered my parents, lovely lady.

We did a jeep tour when we went in 2006/7. We had a lovely day and for us one of the best excursions we did. We went to a nature reserve and the beach. This was our sons favourite tour he was 15 at the time and still talks about the day now.

Please could anyone confirm if the water is salt or fresh and if the pool is heated. Specifically Adventure.

Newbie cruiser!

Seeing the joy on my grandsons face on his first cruise:D

We too are taking a 3 year old on an Iceland/Norway cruise this year. We visited Aalesund and Stavanger last year. Aalesund has a little tourist train which he may like and it goes to an aquarium so that might be an option. In Stavanger we did an excursion so did not see much of the harbour side and old town which is what we plan to do this time.

Highlighter pen for the cruise compass, small bottle of hand sanitizer, scarfs or small item of jewellery. I'm sure they will be delighted whatever's in there! Maybe go for a colour theme and include a mini nail varnish? :)
