We were also on this curse - we took the 10 a.m. Oli's Trolley tour and it was great. They told us it was sold out, so if you're thinking about taking it I'd go ahead and get my tickets. Get them to drop you off in town to shop - it's a nice walk back to the ship.

I am loving your review! I absolutely love, love, love the Grandeur. We just disembarked Saturday from the New England/Canadian cruise and had a great time. Captain Ante is a great master of the vessel. If you see my favorite barista, Latoya, please give her a hug from me :)

The sailboat has shoved off after receiving fuel from us. It looks in very bad shape, but evidently worthy of sailing. His sails have been completely destroyed.The Captain just made an announcement that he expects us to arrive tomorrow by 8a.m.

When getting fresh squeezed OJ in the Windjammer, I had to wait 15" between each. The server told me he would get in trouble if he scanned my card too close together.

We just got back from the Serenade of the Seas 10 night sailing. We went to the Diamond lounge 3 or 4 times and never once saw the concierge. I believe his name was Francis. It was pretty crowded, so we didn't go there too often.

The Captain on now is Capt. Espen Been. He started rotation on 4/10/15, I think they are on for 10 weeks. The other Capt. is Trond Holm. There is a post listing all the Captains for RCCL that is where I found the information. Enjoy your cruise. We like the Grandeur too.

To the OP - so sorry to you had to go through this nightmare! Thanks for sharing your story.

Once when we were in Cozumel, they kept asking for four passengers to go to Guest Relations. My husband and I went up to the top deck to get ready for sail away and here they came - they were weaving from one side of the pier to the other! We really thought they were just going to fall into the water. RC had to send out a golf cart to go pick them up! People equally cheered and booed them as they approached the ship. They were lucky!

We're sailing on Grandeur of the Seas June 19th and just wanted to know who the current host/hostess is on the Grandeur. Last year we had Ruth who was a gem. Hope she's going to be there!
