Interesting, very easy to identify the offending couple from the behavior descriptions. We encountered them several years ago and everything mentioned is accurate, Stacks of previous questions/answers, same seats in the rear and 19/20 scores in every game. They are 1000+ days travelers and usually book at the last minute and obviously spend a great deal of there lives onboard playing Trivia. Can’t imagine winning at Trivia is that important. Sick Puppies!

I believe the new government regulations severely limiting access to Cuba become effective on May 2, 2019.
-
Any informed guesses as to when?

I have T-Mobile and it works great ashore or in port where you can get a mobile signal. Their service, or any mobile carrier will not work while at sea since you are too far from land. As you have found out, there is service, but very expensive.

We did the cruise on the Sun this past October 8-November 5. Great time, however if you don’t do well with a lot of sea days, it probably isn’t for you. Many ports are 2/3 days apart because of the vast distance to be covered. No complaints about the ship, crew or food. Great way to see Australia.

Yes, both the Sea and Sun have full Promenade Decks that are one level for walking. Three laps to mile. Unfortunately, too many walkers refuse to follow the directional arrows (left turns) and it can get interesting in the very narrow corridor at the bow with people meeting head on.

We did the circumnavigation on the Sun this past October 8 - November 5.
Great cruise, but lots of sea days due to the distance between ports. There were lecturers and activities to fill the time. Wonderful way to totally see Australia from the sea. No Komodo Island.

You will be very lucky I’d you are able to remain on board as late as 10:00 am.
-
Entertainers are rarely on the same ship for more than a week, and most of the time it’s shorter than that. No way to know who will be performing on your cruise in two months.
-
This is from memory, it is more than likely the sofa.

If you are are the Sea or Sun, the ships currency will be Australian Dollars. Most of the basic cocktails are 13.95 AUD. The current exchange rate is about 76 US cents for one AUD.
-
I took that some flight last Sunday morning following a 28.day cruise on the Sun. There is road construction in the last mile approaching the airport and that took about 20 minutes.
You need to persuade Passenger Services to allow you to be among the first walkoff group. You also need to take a taxi, not the Princess transfer. You can negotiate a fare of around $55 AUD.
We were checked in before 9;00.

None of the Visas that Princess obtained while on board required a photo other than the one already in your passport. They have an arrangement where passports are all that's necessary for them to get the visas. They will request your passport be given to them in advance of the port stop. Any charge will be added to your On Board Account.
Painless!

The length of the flights to New Zealand and Australia just from Los Angeles would be a problem for an infant of that age. 14+ hours each way.
-
A sports jacket or blazer will be more than enough.
-
Beginning March 12, Cozumel will be one hour earlier than EDT. They stay on EST the entire year.
-
The poster is correct, Quintana Roo uses Eastern Standard time year around and no longer switches to Daylight Savings time. All that changes this Sunday (March 12) when the most of the US goes on Daylight Savings time. That means local time in Cozumel will be one hour earlier that EDT. Princess usually observes local time when in port.

Use your ATM/Debit Card at a bank ATM on shore. Ship's ATM is frightfully expensive. If you chose to use you card on shore, make sure you notify your bank prior to leaving home so the transaction is not denied.
-
Same on Princess

I believe from memory that you can't walk into the berthing area, need a taxi, shuttle or bus if available. All the ships in port are clearly visible and of course the driver will know where to drop you off.
-
There will be a clothes line in the shower or bathtub.
-
Daytime temperatures anywhere between 65 and 80. Nights in the high 40's-mid 50's.
-
It varies by ship, depending on what's underneath the gym. Some machines are available before others, especially Treadmills which have the largest noise impact if there are staterooms below.

We were on the Caribbean in September/October is Trivia was as usual.
