I just bailed and booked a small group tour to Aix and Cassis through Viator.

Expensive at $146 p/p, but gives me 7 hours total, with a back-to-ship guarantee. 

Should be the only tour I book on this cruise.

We are in La Spezia on a Sunday.

I wonder if all shops will be open, or since that's on a weekend, will it be crowded also?

I am going on Reflection on September 19, with a stop in La Spezia.

I am going to try taking the train to Cinque Terre on my own, and would be interested if you talk to anyone on your ship who would be trying this, or has done it. Just checking to see if it is as easy as it looks.

Anybody debark in Barbados in the last few years? We arrive there at 7am, and Windstar has told me we would have to be off the ship by 8.

I am looking at a Celebrity cruise that arrives in Civet port at 5am. I am looking at a flight that leaves 9:55am. How quick has everybody experienced getting off the ship at that port? Then getting a shuttle service to the airport?

We will be in Split on a Saturday 9/3 from 8am to 6pm. I am interested in going to Trogir. Has anyone ever done this on their own?? Looks like there is bus service plus a Bura line ferry. Thanks! Tim

Not a ton of info online. But I see you can get to Trogir by bus and by boat. Can anyone give me the pro's and con's of each one?? I'd like to do this on my own, so I can spend as much time in Trogir as I want. And if anyone did this, was it worth the hassle?
