I am going to agree and disagree with you.
First - agree. If you do dispute the charge, your agent will be hurt due to the commission.
Second - disagree. Princess agents have routinely worked from home before and taken credit card payments with out any problems. They have even done cancellations and refunds have been issued. If they are smart - they are setup with a VPN which should make the agent feel like they are "in the office". Princess has created this problem. With them being less than direct on the process and not answering our questions, they look guilty of not wanting to issue refunds. Maybe they do and maybe they don't want to issue refunds but their silence in this matter is making people feel uneasy.
I have reluctantly not disputed but honestly, my patience and confidence in Princess no longer exists. Princess has not assured me of anything. I may be making a call to my credit card company on Monday.
I feel like I have been patient enough in this process. I was first told 30 days, then 60 days and I am probably close to 70 days now. This is unreasonable when other travel companies I have dealt with have refunded my money quickly (and they also have mass refunds to process).
I am at 140 days for the remainder of my money and all of my FCC

Breakfast of almond croissant and yogurt parfait along with a Cafe Americana, double shot! I have even carried this into MDR or HC when my husband wants eggs.

We did the LA to Hawaii and back in 2017 on the Star. The absolute best part of that cruise wad Captain Michele Tuvo. We have done about 15 cruises and he is the only Captain we remember by name. He turned up everywhere on board and was such fun...served coffee in IC, called Bingo, helped with crafts, sang in Pop Choir, etc. And his enthusiasm spread to his whole crew. Add to that Cruise Director Andrew Cadilac and it's a wonderful cruise. My understanding is that now, almost 2 years later, they are both still on the Star. ENJOY!

Can we expect vendors selling tours to be at the dock in Miami? Stopping there for the day (10:30-7) on April 30 from Grandeur of the Seas. I'm having trouble finding what seems a good way to spend the afternoon for 4 seniors who have had some recent surgeries so not up to anything too strenuous. (All have DR OK for the trip) We're booked for the ship's airboat ride the day before in Port Canaveral, tho' I think I'd rather do the one in the everglades from Miami...but that doesn't leave much for the Canaveral day as none of us want to do all the Space Center walking. All suggestions appreciated!
I hope Princess will..... and passengers will.....
