We also used Best Guides and found them to be wonderful. Anna responded to all my email requests and was most helpful sorting out our tour itinerary. Masha was our tour guide for two days and was equally amazing. We saw everything we wanted to see and we never had to wait in lines. They made our trip to St. Petersburg fabulous.
