  1. Thank you all who wished us Happy Anniversary.

The cruise was FANTASTIC! Royal Caribbean at its finest. Outstanding Gold Anchor service by every single Officer, staff member and crew.

Our stateroon attendant had our bathrobes in the closet before we even had a chance to request them. Ice and extra pillows a few minutes after her welcoming us back.

MDR team right on cue. Pumpkin seed and cheese bread fresh, warm, butter softened. Soups hot. Salads cold. Beef was pink in the center! Rosemary chicken falling off the bone. Service started off brisk and then adjusted to meet our individual pace.

In the Windjammer drink service offered several times during the meal. The first morning we were asked before we even sat down. Dishes removed in a timely manner.

Bars and lounges greeted and drink orders taken in less than five minutes. I ordered a bottle of sparkling wine at R Bar. Bartender ask when I would like it delivered. It arrived ice and ready to drink on time.

In the Diamond Lounge two ships officers came by to ask us how if we were enjoying our cruise. Was there anything else they could do to improve our on board experience.

When we departed Coco Cay. I noticed out the stateroom window that the ship was moving at quite a clip. Three hours latter we arrived in Nassau. It was a medical emergency. All turned out okay. I have to say I have always been a little concerned about these situations . Not any more.

I could on and on singing the praises of our amazing Enchantment cruise. We loved it! We are returning in November for the 4 day run.

  2. Large oceanview stateroom deck three clean and in like new condition. Plenty spacious and comfortable for a short cruise. While walking down the corridor I heard several people say how pleased they were and so glad they spent the little extra to have the nice large window.

  3. Wonderful fast friendy check in. Windjammer lunch very good. Food is fresh, delicious and nicely presented. Ship is spotlessly clean. Staff delightfuly welcoming. MDR requested table for two honored.

Music playing all over the ship very pleasant at an acceptable sound level.

Bar service fairly quick. Drinks tasty and strong.

So glad we choose Enchantment for our anniversary weekened cruise. Last time on this ship was 13 years ago for our commitment ceromony. She was magnificent then. And still is today!

  4. I am also looking for information on these staterooms. If anyone has stayed in these newly added rooms please post a photo. It does look like the windows are as large as in the adjacent MDR. Would like conformation on that. Also would like to know if there is a sewage smell in this area of the ship. There are public rest rooms nearby and one deck up.I did notice this on the Indy last April before entering MDR on deck 3 and 4. Thanks for your help CC members:)

  5. I feel you on the no sleep. I'm already not sleeping. Enjoy your cruise!

Corfe Mixture - I am capable of putting together possibilities. I'm curious as to what the exact operational issue is. Some issues are much bigger than others. (But, thanks for narrowing it down for me.)

Thank you cruiseJMO. Have a wonderful cruise!:)

  6. I had C742 on Ruby.Best Caribe deck location. Balcony is partially covered. If you sit back toward the sliding door you will have privacy. Closer to the railing no privacy but wonderful views. Good for tanning. First day of cruise when you hear other guests above you just look up wave or say hello. Then you won't feel self conscience when your on the balcony and they won't feel self conscience if they glance down.

  7. Hi ibfern, I like your review. Concise and to the point!

I am on the Royal in December. Port side aft of aft lifts. Concerned about the issue with bathroom plumbing. Do you know of other guests occupying staterooms in the 700's on any deck that experienced the same issue?

Thinking that public restrooms on Sun and Lido aft may be the cause if other staterooms on the "line" had or are continuing to have inoperable commodes.

    Thanks, wallyp :)
