We were in Barcelona two days ago. We had pre-booked a 4:30pm slot at the Sagrada Familia, and it was great. We showed our ticket and walked right in... no line at all. It was crowded inside, but not overwhelming. We spent about 2 hours inside. It’s definitely something to see! We were a little crazy and walked there from the cruise terminal. It took just under an hour, and we got to see all sorts of interesting things along the way. Highly recommended if you like walking.

Did you eat at the beach or have drinks? Is it close by to get food and beverage?. That is exactly where we were thinking of going.

We did not eat or drink at the beach... we stayed for a few hours and then decided to go back to the ship for a late lunch. There were a few restaurants where we saw people eating at tables facing the beach, so I’m sure it won’t be a problem if that’s what you’d like to do.

We got to the beach around 10:00 and it was very quiet. By the time we left at 1:30 it was pretty crowded.

We are sitting on the beach in Ibiza right now! We walked from the ship to Talamanca beach—it was a 25 minute walk and we are docked at the farthest pier. We paid 24 euros for 2 loungers and an umbrella to the guy who came around and asked for it. It is 11am and the beach is quite empty and quiet. The water is shallow and beautiful, and there is a lifeguard. There are also bathrooms here and a couple of places to eat that we haven’t tried. Happy to be here, and happy to answer any questions.

I know that this is an old post, but I am looking for the same information. We have a full day (until 11pm) in Ibiza on a Sunday this coming July. We would love to find a day pass for a beach club or resort and be able to get there and back using public transportation. Has anyone found anything like this?

We will be on a ship that docks in Cadiz this coming July. We are there overnight, and would like to make sure that we get to Seville on the first day, knowing that we won't have to be stressed to get back to the ship. (We are planning to do a shore excursion to Cordoba on the second day.)

What is the best way to get to Seville on our own from Cadiz? We are fine with lots of walking and public transportation, if that is possible. Would love to hear what people have done and how it's worked out! Thank you!

We dock in Stockholm tomorrow on Oceania Insignia.

Is it possible to take luggage onto the subway? We will be traveling from Värtahamnen to our hotel near Centralstation. We will each have a large suitcase and a small carry-on. We prefer to travel by public transportation if possible.

Also, we have three days in Stockholm and have decided to get the Stockholm Pass. The pass includes the HOHO boat, which seems like it will be useful. We are big walkers and do not mind walking a couple of miles to get places. We plan on using the Arlanda Express train to get to the airport. Will we also need an SL pass to get around, or will the HOHO boat get us to most places we would want to visit?

We would like to get from there to our hotel, the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, by public transportation. Is this possible? What is the best route to take?
