  1. Swaldos, my Grandson and I will sailing the Silver Galapogos 12/14/13. Only reservation, is it the largest ship in the islands. Wonder way SS is not including" free laundry benefit". Hope it is environmental issues, and not something they just choose to eliminate for these voyages. Let's all hope this will be an adventure of a lifetime for many people. If anyone sails prior to our voyage, please post a review.

We Will be on the same cruise in December.

All crew members need to be from Ecuador, all food from Ecuador also.

Also, a SS rep just told me last week, that every one has to follow the group when ashore because no one can rest or stay alone on the beach because of the rules in Galapagos. Ecuadorean gov is afraid that someone can hurt the fauna if left alone on the beach...we asked the question because someone in our group is older ...

  2. Hello,

I still have the pictures, but the site I hosted them on is no longer around. I can try to get them re-posted somewhere else, but that will will take me a few days, as I am very busy at work this week.

    Hi

Can you give me a link to see the picture of cabin 9164 on teh Celebrity Constellation ?

  4. Sparrow Cove is a great trip, its about 20mins by launch boat from Stanley, you usually stop at Kidney cove then go by 4 x 4 to Sparrow cove. You will see a few king penguins, Jackasses, Gentoo's but the highlight of this trip is that you will get to see Rockhopper penguins. They are not usually found on the large main Islands of the Falklands, you usually need to travel out to one of the small offshore Islands such as sealion. As the trip is under 3 hours you will also have plenty of time to expolre around town.

Gixer, Which place do you recommend for pingoin for someone with some difficulties for walking over uneven terrain ?

    Thanks,:)
