I just got off the Oasis. The bed preference is no longer used online. When we went to our cabin the first day, our cabin steward was waiting for us in the hall. Beds were together in our kids cabin and he separated them right away for us. It's a simple thing to do. Hope this helps

The water toys are not that close to the beach. When we went, we were all required to wear lifejackets. The workers wouldn't let us out there without them. They were a lot of fun once on them!!

We have been to Playa Mia, Paradise Beach and Chankanaab. Playa has water toys, pools, waterslides and more. Paradise Beach has water toys, pools and more. Chankanaab is more for animals like swim with Dolphins and such with a beach area.

Our girls, 20, 13, 9 prefer Paradise Beach to Playa. Nicer bathrooms as well

Funny thread. But as for our family, we have taken our kids with us on a cruise. In our situation, we wait till we get home........ As one kid is 3 and the other is 10. So putting them in the kids club is a no go. We usually let the 10 yr old get herself ready first and let her go to her program. Then we get ready. JMO
