Worked like a charm, sent email this morning, had a confirmation of reservation this afternoon!

 

A couple more questions: Do they do it everyday? What time?

Glad it worked for you! I sent an email to the Breeze Steakhouse 2 days ago and still haven't heard back.

Where did you find it? I want to email for CT on Splendor.

You email the steakhouse for both. That's what we did for our upcoming Legend cruise (28 days!!) we decided to do both since I am celebrating my birthday. I got a confirm for CT telling me we were confirmed and would be notified once on the ship for Faye & time.

Silly question, but how do you e-mail the steakhouse?

And that's sufficient to get on and off the ship???

Actually, the ships' crew advise you not to take your passport ashore. These days passports have become more valuable than money in many cases. We make a COLOR copy, carry that and the ship's on shore representative's info (which can be obtained from the front desk or in the Capers on Carnival) for contact in case of an emergency.

Having a COLOR photocopy can speed things up greatly if you should miss the ship or have an emergency.

We always leave our passport in the safe when on a cruise.

I always pack a photocopy of my passport to take off ship and leave original locked in safe in cabin

The best thing to pack is a sense of humor/common sense. As for clothes, put it all on the bed, divide in half and take half of one pile... will be plenty!
