Nope.

Has anyone ever received a charge for camp Carnival? We just got off the conquest where my 2.5 and 5yo attended camp and I found a $96 charge on my account. Before I call them I figured I would ask here.

I have a slightly different issue. I am taking my god daughter on vacation with us. Her mother has passed and my uncle is legal guardian. From my understanding, I need a notarized letter from my uncle stating that he gives permission for her to come on trip with us. Correct me if I am wrong please.

Has anyone used the Carnival Fly2Fun program and paid for it with the carnival gift cards?
You can choose your flight, seats, etc and pay through Carnival. Logically, carnival would accept the gift cards, thus 10% off airfare.

Cards are still available.

I just called Costco to see if they accept Carnival gift cards and the agent had to double check. Turns out they do! So not only am I saving 10% using Verizon gift cards, but I also get a costco gift card for almost $250 in return by booking through Costco. The cruise needs to be booked over the phone though, not online.

$100 and $500 gift cards are available now on Verizon Wireless Rewards!

There's another eBay flash sale today - $15 off $75 purchase. This applies to almost all eBay items including Carnival Gift cards. To optimize the offer, you will need to add a $50 and a $25 gift card to your cart, them apply code when checking out. Otherwise, you could buy a $100 gift card with $15 off.
Here's the details:
- Valid until 2pm PT March 22 only
- Use code C15SPRING at checkout to discount $15
- Must use PayPal account
- One time use per PayPal account
Hope some of you who missed the last FLASH sale can participate in this.

There was a stack ventilation design problem early on for the Dream. Nothing to do with sewage. It got fixed about 3-4 months after coming stateside. Topic crops up every now and again. Believe me if it was as big of an issue as some early posters made it out to be and it was still present, you would have seen very recent reviews not 4 year old reviews commenting on it and all the hundreds of thousands of cruisers who've sailed on the Dream would have inundated John Heald with complaint posts. If you have a sensitive nose, there are times on all ships when you can smell a similar odor.
Hasn't been fixed on the Breeze yet, at least as of August 2015. Glad they fixed it on the Dream.

Sorry if my questions are dumb but I am a rookie cruiser. Is the smell bad enough to make you not want to return or just a mild unpleasant smell from time to time? After all, I plan to be outside alot or wandering the ship more than in my cabin, etc.
Definitely not a bother, just an occasional smell if you smell it at all. Not something that would make me not want to return.
-
Same thing on the Breeze, only in the aft of the boat or if the wind changes. Even smelt it in the piano bar on deck 4 or 5. Must be a design flaw with that class of ship. I believe it must come out of the same area where the exhaust fumes come out of.

Super easy. They bring it to you the night before you leave. This way you can pack it in a bag for easy carry.
We've cruised a dozen or so times and never had an issue.
Not anymore LCTXcruiser. They changed the rules as of 7/9 I believe. Now you have to pick it up the morning of debarkation.
