Sorry if I missed an answer if it was posted earlier, but with the recent bro-ha-ha over "NCL OBC" (as opposed to TA OBC") is Bank of America (BOA) credit card point redemption "NCL OBC" and not to be used as OBC for daily service charged (DSC) or is it considered BOA OBC and can be used for the DSC?

When I called to have my points redeemed as OBC, the person I talked to made a point to tell me that it was not refundable and could not be used for the daily service charge. She said it more than once so I figured that it had been an issue
