Sky Princess --- Is outdoor smoking area on the aft of the ship like the Regal / Royal with nice seating and coffee and bar service.  I sure hope so.

Thanks for your reply Memoak. We are U.S citizens and primarily cruise the Caribbean and as long as we declare cigarettes, we can pay duty and take up to 10 Cartons. we get 2 each with no duty and pay duty on the rest.

Does anyone know if that has changed?

When did they start limiting each person buying just 2 cartons. I've bought as many as ten cartons on board.  Granted, they kept them until the last day when just like liquor, they are delivered to your stateroom.

Maybe they should do a drawing or lottery for the Sanctuary. Have a specified time frame to fill out a ticket (one ticket per cabin/2 chairs max), and then at a specified time have a drawing. You must be present to win. They keep drawing until the venue is filled.

I thought drydock at first, but it is only from Jan 12-19 2020, so I think that would be to short of a time to do much of anything.

The 7 night sailing of Regal from January 12 - 19, 2020 is not showing up on Princess or other sites.

Does anyone know why???

SKY Princess -- Anyone know if the outdoor smoking area is going to be like Regal and Royal? I specifically am interested in the aft smoking area on a higher deck. Regal and Royal has a great one on Deck 17 aft.

I know it is early in the game, but does anyone know where the smoking areas will be on the Sky Princess. Specifically if they are planning to use the aft of Sky deck for smokers like on the Royal and Regal?

We are wanting to book Sky Princess and hope someone has heard of the arrangement for smokers.

Any updates as to when the CB will be fixed???

I remember the Carnival Paradise being Smoke Free and failed due to low revenue, but do not remember Carnival having an adult only ship, Do you remember the name of that ship?

Does anyone know who the matre d' is on the Regal. We're departing on her Jan 15th.

We took several true 14 night cruises on the Grand out of Fort Lauderdale. They were wonderful.

When they discontinued them, I spoke with a hotel director friend, and he told me that they needed to have "fresh wallets", hence the b2b 7 day cruises. He indicated that the 14 night cruises were not profitable, so the customer looses, and Princess gets their "fresh wallets"

If the CB has a true 14 day cruise in January, 2014, we'll be on it.

I guess we will have to bring one of our saved tags from a previous cruise.

If you are reading this, Princess, please leave the door tags alone. If a passenger wants privacy, they can remove the tag. I don't think that would be an inconvenience for the paranoid.

Does anyone know for sure that this turns off the a/c?

We have had this system on the NA and did not notice the room being warm when we returned.

Don't like his menus, and getting tired of Princess pushing him on us.
