Good day everyone, we are going to Cuba soon and wondering about the money, not which is what but how much would you suggest we get when we go on the tour? Doing a walking tour and wonder about prices. Then going to the nigh club how much do you recommend we get? You said we can sell back any unused money back, that is cool and unlike any other place I’ve been. Please advise
Thanks

Going 21 May, will try to pass on the good, bad and if any ugly. First time on NCL. Wish us luck!

I’ve never met a parent who didn’t think/say their kids were well behaved. Good luck!

I never really understood why people hated taking a tender to shore before, but yesterday on the Infinity was a mess. We had prority tickets and it took 3 hours to get off the ship. First they said a tender had motor problems then rough seas, then no comment, then I don't know when we will be able to go. I think they got most of the people with ship sponsored excursions off early, but some with ship sponsored excursions were on our tender well after 2:00 pm. Not a good time.

Can anyone tell me if the Solarium loungers have been "updated" ..
Do they still have the wood loungers or a diff style? Have some been replaced with tables and chairs and benches as another thread says was done on Summit...reducing the number of loungers?
Does the Solarium pool still have hydro showers and the metal benches?
Do they offer made to order salmon and chicken at the Solarium cafe?
The Solarium, esp on M class is one of our fav places....hope it remains so when we cruise on Infinity in a few weeks...Any replies will be appreciated.
I'm on the Infinity now, only 1/2 of the solarium has loungers the other 1/2 chairs and tables.
Don't know what a hydro shower is but they still have some showers and the mental benches in the pool. Salmon and chicken salad is very good

If you use on cruise think about something like Nikon AW 130' water proof, you can take in and under the water, shock proof and about $349.00 Amazon,
Good luck

Yes, they may let you bring your Pepsi on the ship and then again they may not. Depends on who is checking the bags at that moment. They may send you a letter stating why, after all they want you spend money on the ship. Good luck.

On the TA on the Quantum we had 90mph winds and 30 ft waves lots of fun.

Great "little" review, I loved it, almost like I was there! I don't know how to say this, but I read so many reviews and people say they won't eat this or can't eat that. You two seemed to eat all and anything and loved it. It was a refreshing read thank you for the great time. Good luck with the wedding and looking forward to your review of the wedding and the cruise.

;)Best time to go, is when you are there! Anytime of the year you can have bad weather.

Roll the dice, take your chance, but if you do, get the insurance!

That's just what I wanted to know. My DH would be miserable if he walked into a warm room.
Thank you!
Give your room attendant a good pre tip or he/she may remove the card. They have been instructed to do so.

Funny thing about public men's restroom. They don't have any urinals only stalls. At least the ones I went into. First few times I had to double check to make sure I wasn't in the wrong place. Kinda funny to think back on!

Continuing with questions asked. There was white sugar, sugar in the raw, equal, sweet and low. Not sure if there was Splenda.
Tap water at tables free and poured regularly.
No charge for regular coffee. I rather liked their coffee.
There was in fact hot chocolate in canisters ready to pour at breakfast time, just no packets of mix.
Maybe 8 different kinds of tea bags
Nestlé Vitality drink machines with OJ and Cranberry in morning, iced tea, lemonade, strawberry mango, kiwi afternoons, dinner, and nighttime all free.
The Black Crab dining room is open daily for breakfast and lunch. Never went for breakfast as intended but did go to lunch once. Fairly extensive fixed menu with rotating daily specials.
Yes they do have Splenda.

Thanks for the information, my wife and I will be on the Divina in the YC next week for the first, really need a break! I'm been looking at the MSC web site and didn't see anything about a couples massage or couples spa treatments. Do you remember seeing anything like that? Thanks
Ed

It seems odd to me, more and more people are crusing, they are making larger and larger ships, but the services seem to be getting cut little by little.

For 32 days I would park at the airport Mariott or Crowne Plaza parking ($5.95 day) and take a taxi to the port ($20) ... I have used the Crowne Plaza parking and it is safe.
That sounds good, do you have stay at the Plaza to be able to park there?

Thanks, looks like the "recently sailed" wins, I hope.

I did a request for myself in Dec, took two or three tries but got it. I submitted my DW around noon today got it back within the hour! Way to go!

If that is how you feel, no cruise line will satisfy you, go north to the French Laundry, maybe they can satisfy you!
