I am going on my 1st Princess cruise next month, after going on 40+ cruises on other lines.  Are shorts allowed in the dining room at night (other than formal night)?

It's been 8 years since my last cruise on Royal Caribbean and I'm not up to date with the current practices.  I'm Diamond on Carnival and Emerald on RCI..  I wear nice shorts to the dining room on Carnival except for formal night.  Are shorts allowed or frowned upon on RC?  On Carnival, I've brought up to 24 soft drinks on board and I see that RC only allows 12 per cabin.  Are they strict with only allowing 12?   I'm going on a 10 night cruise and 12 soft drinks won't be enough.  Thanks. 

Has anyone ever parked their car here for a cruise out of Tampa?

Does anyone know anything about this company with free parking at the Doubletree Hotel? They advertise that you only pay for the shuttle? Any thoughts?

I am cruising in 15 days and I don't have a room assignment.

I'm looking for directions on getting from Crown Bay to Sapphire Beach on the $2 safari bus. I've searched and searched and I can't find any directions. I'm sailing on the Oasis of the Seas this weekend. I've been to Sapphire from the other pier, but not from Crown Bay.

I would have to agree with some of the others. We did Capt. Bob's last month and we were on the dive boat. As said earlier, Capt. Bob took our money and that was it. The water was very rough. We were at Maho beach for 2 minutes. Most of the tour was watching the driver pull the anchor on the beach. I will say that the lunch was good. Overall I enjoyed the tour, but only once.

I am also doing the eastern route. Could someone please send me the daily compass and menus. Thanks!!
