Everything you say is true! But I don’t think it will change anything. I wrote an email a few months ago and was called, but the representative was very rude and basically said nothing could be done. I then sent a mailed letter to NCL and never even heard back from them. They definitely have gone down hill and don’t care about their customers. After this cruise we will not be cruising on a NCL again! I’m glad you took the time to write to them.
