Same for us.  We quickly received the credit card refund for taxes/fees/port charges/prepaid items, but haven't heard anything about the FCC.

Thanks for all of your input!  A special thank you to ski ww for posting pictures.  We just booked a category G outside cabin, similar to our Zuiderdam cabin, and will consider looking into the availability of a retreat cabana.

We are thinking about booking the Eurodam for Hawaii under the current promotion.  Do you have any recommendations for choosing a comfortable and budget-friendly cabin?  Is the extra price for a balcony worthwhile for an itinerary with 10 sea days?  On Zuiderdam earlier this year we enjoyed a partially-obstructed outside cabin on Upper Promenade deck with full-length windows, laid out In the same configuration as a balcony cabin.  Does Eurodam have similar cabins?

We were in 5148 on the Koningsdam spring transatlantic. Top of a tender obstructed our view of the water. Not much of an issue, but couldn’t see the whales swimming alongside the ship on several occasions.

Our first was in 1986 on Ocean Cruise Line's Ocean Princess, from Philadelphia to Newport, RI and Bermuda. It was a bumpy ride and I got seasick. We eventually got hooked and recently took our 41st cruise.

Prices on the American vs. European websites can definitely be different. We are now living in Europe. A couple of weeks ago, we booked an October trip on Marina. The promotion available to us as Austrian residents was quite different than the the one available to U.S. residents.
