I'll be on the Regal starting the 11th and if this is the case, that would be awesome as the grandparents will have our daughter and my mom does at least know how to use FB, lol.

Exactly which date(s) in November were you trying to book? Apparently the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show is the first week in November (10/31 to 11/4) and rooms are probably sold out for a thousand miles radius. I just received confirmation today that our November 8 booking, which I made on VT on July 2, is confirmed as AOK.

No, we’re Veterans Day weekend, just sat night pre-cruise. Even direct on the website Hyatt only had double bed rooms.

Found a king room at the embassy suites for a decent price and used ebates at least. I know it gets mixed reviews, but people on my roll call recommended it and it looks to be in a good spot.

Thanks to this thread, just put in a value trip request for the Hyatt for our November sailing. Let's hope it works, I think things are booking up quickly now.

I tried to search, but I think the difference between child/children/kid threw me off.

We are looking into a 2016 Princess cruise and want to book early for a good cabin. We will be bringing our daughter who will be 3. From looking around on the princess site this morning, it looks like you can do one of the few balconies that will fit 3 or a mini-suite and above for a pull-out.

I'm not opposed to a mini-suite, the issue is my parents will probably sail with us and we like to be pretty close cabin wise, plus they will probably do some babysitting for us on the trip. It's not a deal breaker though.

Any seasoned cruisers have tips/tricks? I see that only part of 2016 is even out, so I know we have some time.
