My new booking I made on May 16 shows up on Personalizer but not on the App.

When I added my new booking number it shows Error.

Maybe too early to see it on the App.

Same for us, 2026 cruise not showing in the App - have not tried to add it with the booking number.  We can see it on the website, so just waiting to see if it resolves on it’s own.

It should.  Others have complained that a charge shows when it shouldn’t.  Some  see the charge dropped when they check out.  Others must see GS for a refund (in OBC).

I recently added Plus after I had already ordered my medallions for port pick up.  It took me a while to figure out how to cancel that order and reorder with shipping to my home.  No charge ever showed in either case.

How did you cancel your order?  I have the medallions in my cart, but I want to cancel it and start over.  TIA

  3. So I have seen a few menus for the Chef’s table - lots of seafood.  Can anyone tell me what, if anything, they do about allergies - specifically seafood allergies?  Not shellfish, but all seafood.  The experience sounds awesome, but it looks very limiting if you cannot try most of the dishes.  Do you just skip the whole thing?

We rented from Lynn View Lodge, and they were very easy to use. The car was waiting for us in a lot near the pier, and we just dropped it off there when we were done.

There are few different directions you can go from Haines.  We drove the Haines Highway up to the border crossing, then went back to Haines and then took Lutak Road to Chilkoot Lake Recreation Area.  Both were scenic drives, running along the Chilkat River, Lutak Inlet, and Chilkoot River.  Chilkoot lake was beautiful, too.  There were plenty of places to pull over and take photos, and we were there in late August when the salmon were running, so we got to watch black and brown bears fishing in the Chilkoot River.  Plans had included some hiking and a drive down to Chilkat State Park too, but DH wasn't feeling well so we returned to the ship early.

Thanks for the tips, we reserved a car through this place and are looking forward to driving all over and seeing the sights!

  5. We are in Haines on June 28th and looking for what to do - if renting a car, where is good to go, what things can you get to?  Which rental car company did you use, were they easy to get to?  TIA
