We always fly in 2 days early now (used to fly day before).  We like having that extra time at the hotel and no stress if flight delays.  There will be 4 of us with 4 large suitcases.  Based on your responses and my research, we will probably do an Uber XL from our hotel near the airport.

Can anyone that’s cruised from Boston to Canada/New England tell me if Princess offers transfers from the airport to cruise port?

Can you tell me how much it is for half day in the sanctuary? Also, do you go there right away on embarkation day to reserve?

Does the Emerald Princess have the sanctuary and if so how much is it for half a day? 

Can anyone tell me what the process is for moving cabins when doing a back to back.  We are considering adding a week before our Alaska cruise and can only get an inside cabin for that date. We Are booked in a mini suite for the current ( would be second sailing).  Just need to know how the medallion would work and do they move our luggage for us and the process.  Thank you!

Is fettuccine still offered on the “always available” menu in the MDR?

If you’re on Facebook, check out Galveston Saltwater Moms.  They provide transportation from either airport to Galveston.  We use the ships transfers to and from the airport and fly into HOU (it’s much closer).  We fly in the day before and stay at a hotel near the airport with free shuttle to and from airport.  Just take the shuttle back to airport morning of cruise and meet the Princess reps in baggage claim between 9 and 10 am.

We are booked in cabin R746 this December and am now realizing we are right under the Outriggers bar (aft) on Lido deck.  Can anyone tell me if this is a smoking area or not?  We are not smokers so I hope not.

We will be cruising RT Seattle for the first time on Princess this September.  Our departure flight is on Alaska Airlines at 12:35 pm.  We are flying first class and are TSA pre. We plan on doing self disembark at the earliest time allowed and grabbing a taxi or shuttle van to the airport.  How far is the walk to catch them and can you pay with credit card or should we have cash? I’m nervous about check in times at SeaTac after all I’ve read. We will be traveling on a Saturday.

Thank you all for your honest responses.  We are paying for their cruise and we are traveling together. I don’t want to ruffle any feathers or do anything that might be considered rude or inappropriate so we will just board in the general group with them.

We are taking my sister and brother in law on a cruise.  We will be elite but they will not.  We will be checking in together.  Will they be able to wait in the elite area with us for boarding?

Hubby and I always pack our insulated travel mugs.  They don’t take up too much space and I use mine for coffee in the morning and water or lemonade throughout the day.

Just booked our first cruise to Alaska for 9 Sept.  Can anyone that’s sailed Alaska in early Sept tell me how the weather and scenery was?

Would we be able to do a cruise from Seattle to Vancouver, Vancouver to San Francisco then San Francisco to San Francisco?  They would be b2b2b on same ship.

Can anyone tell me if the Caribe Balconies on Sapphire are partially covered and a little bigger than the other decks like on the Emerald and Ruby?  Thank you!

Does MSC (specifically Divina out of Port Canavaral) offer bus transportation from the airport to port and back?  I am looking at booking our first MSC cruise and like taking the ships transfer to and from airport.  If they don’t offer this, what options for transport can you recommend?

Will be cruising with my Hubby and Aunt and she will be in her on cabin.  Is it possible to make our dining reservations together on the medallion app?  I already made reservations for hubby and I but just booked her and want to add her to our nightly dinner reservations. How do I do this?

My husband and I are currently booked on a Christmas cruise and want to switch my Aunt in his place.  She is elderly and he would get his own room across from us.  Is it possible to call princess and switch names (his to hers) and not mess with our pricing? She is not currently booked on the cruise.

Are you able to use FCC to pay the deposit on a cruise?

The buffet is definitely not as big as it used to be.  They also serve you.  Dinner last night had more choices than lunch today.  Food was good, not great.  We will eat in the dining room tonight and crown grill tomorrow night.  Alfredo’s was yummy and I’m sure we will eat there at least once more.
