tried to search but curious to what NCL does for NYE?  Big parties?  Specialty menus?  Do most pax dress to the nines?  Any feedback or pics would be awesome.  I will be on the Breakaway on the 12/28 sailing.

I’m sailing in the Breakaway on 12/28 and for whatever reason NCL.com is not listing any excursions for Falmouth.  I call NCL today and they can’t tell me an answer on when those will be available to book.  The problem is some of the other excursions I’m thinking of for other ports hinge in Jamaica i.e. Ziplining.

Anyone have any idea why this is happening?  So weird.  The agent was also not all that nice about it but thats a story for another day.

Any ideas when shore excursions become available?  More specifically I am booked on the Breakaway 12/28 and no excursions show up for Falmouth.  Are they revising the offerings?  Anyone have any inside scoopage?

Hi!  A big group of us thought we’d take our families on a cruise next July on NCL.  The only option that I can find is the Breakaway out of Miami.  Is this normal?  Do most NCL ships leave the Caribbean in the summer?  I’ve been on 3 NCL cruises and love the product but the Western route out of Miami is probably not my favorite.

Are there more itineraries to be released?  We are a year out so wasn’t sure.

I hate wearing sunscreen every day because it seems to build up and leave a waxy feeling on my skin.   I hate taking a shower and it seems like it just won’t go away.

Soo—any tips on sunscreen that doesn’t have this feeling?  How do you work around this on a lengthy beach vacation?  Maybe its just me!

Hi all,

I wanted to check in with the fashion trust here to see if i'm overlooking any sites/brands to buy outdoor dresses/travel dresses.

I like Athleta, Prana and North Face dresses. Are there any other brands i'm overlooking? Sites to buy? Some of the ex-Officio ones look ok but some might be a bit old skool for my taste.

I like the idea of wearing something that can be dressed up at night then maybe the next day as a cover up/siteseeing garb.
