Thanks, have tried looking but bathrobes are not mentioned anywhere and
we would like to know as if they are supplied it will be one less thing to pack.
GUT2407 how long ago where you on a Princess ship that supplied them? Trying to work out if this is no longer available as I'm sure years ago I read
that they were.

Hi all, we are doing a cruise on the Golden Princess in
January next year and was wondering about the bathrobes.
Are they supplied to all cabins?
Do you pay for them?
If so, what price?
We will be in a mini suite if that makes any difference.
Thank you. :)

My Husband and I did this and really enjoyed it. We like to do snorkelling where ever we go and have not been real sure about doing scuba diving, so thought that this might be a good idea, and it was. We got to walk amongst the fish, there is different points of interest pointed out by the tour operators, is very easy to do, and best of all you don't even get your hair wet. haha

I guess the idea of staggered boarding times is in theory good, but not
everyone can arrive at the designated times, especially those flying
in from interstate. Have always been early and the only time that didn't run smooth was the same one as bazzaw, and that was a shambles.

Hi, and welcome to the cruise critic boards.
Sorry to hear that your poor husband was seasick. Must seem like
such a letdown when you anticipate such an exciting experience.
I have only been on the Pacific Dawn so can not compere one ship
to the other.Though I did find this ship fairly stable when we had a rough day.
It does sound like you would really like to try another
cruise though. Maybe you could try different seasick meds at your
leisure at home and see which one dosen't make him drowsy. There
is a few different ones around and I"m sure others will tell you which
ones they use..I use Kwells and find them to be effective and don't
leave me drowsy.
The other thing that can make a difference is your cabin position on
the ship..the ideal spot would be midship...too far forward or back
or too high up and you will feel more ship movement..
Don't give up see if there might just be a way to cruise again, as it
really is an exciting way to holiday.:)
