  1. Looking at your pictures of prices; and looking at the price on the carnival website; Website price = $70 for 2 people. Including: lift, Clam shell, 2 floats and snorkle gear. Signs price(for 2) = Clam $20, Float $10, Snorkle $30, ski lift $10 Total = $70.

So, I'm assuming since pricing is the same that buying things off the ship would be better than buying ahead of time?

That way my family of 5 can share 1 clam shell?

Also, we can sort of Ala cart the gear and snorkle gear as needed.

  2. RE snorkeling, there is also a great free snorkeling spot on Grand Cayman a few blocks to the right of the pier next to the small Eden Rock dive center, a low green-roofed building near Paradise Restaurant. This would be a nice place for beginners, especially. Although the area is not huge, the water is crystal clear and there are many fish to be seen. Equipment rentals as well as small lockers are available but not required. Just be SURE to wear sunscreen!

Is there a little piece of beach there as well? I want to snorkel, wife wants to sun bath!
