az tchr - What I was saying was that we were trying to decide between the pre-cruise hotel stay, and leaving the car at the hotel and using the shuttle vs. driving the 5 hours to the port the day of the cruise. Sorry for the confusion.

We currently have a reservation at the Rodeway Inn in FLL that allows you to park your car for free for the duration of the cruise, and offers a free shuttle to/from the cruise port. (Silhouette, Dec. 20 cruise) Has anyone stayed there and used this service? Pros/cons? The drive for us to the port is 5 hours, so we are thinking this is a good idea vs. getting up early and driving down the day of the cruise. If you have used it, is it difficult to get the shuttle after you have your luggage (wait time/lines?)? Does anyone know the cost of parking at the port?

Does anyone know if Mojitos are included under the 'classic' drink package?

We just got our room assignments on the Silhouette, 6288 and 6290. These are in the category of 'partially obstructed view'. Anybody stay in these rooms? If so, how were they? I looked on the thread that has room reviews, but they were not listed for the Silhouette.

What did you like about dining in Blu? Are you able to get 'regular' dining choices or is it all 'clean'? What was your favorite thing(s) about your Aqua class room?

Booked Solstice for an Alaskan cruise, but have a hold for the same cruise on Jewel. Opinions on which is the better choice? Solstice is Aqua class room, Jewel is balcony.

Booked Celebrity Solstice for Alaska Cruise but have a hold on Jewel of the Seas (RCCL). If you have been on these ships, what is your preference, and why? The Solstice is Aqua Class (would love opinions of this as well) and RCCL is balcony.

Please advise how you handle tipping in the diamond lounge (FOS). Do you wait until the end of the week to tip? Last cruise on FOS, it was the same guy in there both times serving drinks when we visited. Is there a ($) guideline on how much to tip for this service?
