Thanks, everyone!

Are taxis and Ubers readily available at debarkation at the port these days? We sailed from Port Canaveral last month and there weren’t any taxis available. Hoping this isn’t also the case at Port Everglades this month.

Thank you!

Does anyone know what the current early and late dining times are on Liberty?

Hi,
Does anyone know what brand of water is used for the water bottle package on Liberty of the seas?
-
We got off the Freedom yesterday. If you are using the Royal app, you need to connect to the ship’s wifi (free) to use it. We were all in airplane mode and able to text each other and friends and family back home without paying for the internet package. We have iPhones.

Thanks everyone, I will see if we can find alternatives.

We booked last minute and the excursions we are interested in are sold out (not surprisingly) - does Royal hold back any spots for booking onboard or should I start looking elsewhere?

Wondering current status of the Solarium Bistro for dinner and if there is a fee to dine at it.
Thank you and have a wonderful cruise.
We were on Oasis a couple of weeks ago and the Solarium Bistro was closed for dinner. It had let us make a dinner reservation online prior to the cruise but they didn't end up being open for dinner at all during our cruise. We never received a notification or anything that it was closed so we were left scrambling for dinner that night.

We booked a few weeks out and got a 2:30 check in time. I have read conflicting info on whether or not suites are allowed to check in up to an hour earlier than their assigned time and also whether or not junior suites are included in this perk.
Has anyone had recent experience with this sailing on Oasis out of Miami in a Jr suite? Also is there a separate line for suites and are Jr suites included in that?
Thanks so much, can’t wait to get on board!

Thank you so much I really appreciate it!
I hope you’re having a great time! How many passengers are onboard?Yes, we are having a great time, thanks! We are at Ocean Cay today, unfortunately it has been lightly raining all day but it seems to have stopped now.. Ocean House is closed and Le Muse is open for lunch. Some excursions are still running - we have seen the wave runners going out.
Regarding passengers onboard, our butler said there are 1600 onboard, 100 of which are in the Yacht Club. In speaking with one of the guys working in the gym, he said there were 1100. lI’ll keep asking lol

So on a 3 Night Meriviglia To Nassau and private Island what would the theme nights be? Formal, White Party and other party’s?
Just curious as have never been on MSC.
Just piggy backed on this Divina Cruise post.
We were on Meraviglia for a 3 night cruise in September but we did not visit Nassau.
Night 1 - White party; we ate at Butcher's Cut so I don't know what menu the main dining room had
Night 2 - (Ocean Cay) Luna Libre beach party & lighthouse show; Caribbean Dinner menu
Night 3 - (at sea) 70's party; Italian Dinner menu

I can't speak for Aurea, but a successful Yacht Club bid get's you all the amenities of the Yacht Club.
Your boarding pass and luggage tags, however, will show your original room category.
Your cruise card will say Yacht Club.I just got back on Saturday so I am speaking from recent experience.
Were you able to check in at the Yacht Club tent at the port?

I thought I had seen something onboard a couple of years ago listing a website you could go to to order pics after the cruise. Does anyone know if this is available?

I have some gluten free dinner menus from the Seaside that are a few years old (2018) but will give you an idea of what they may have available. I thought I had posted them back then along with gluten free food pics but I can’t find the post 🤔
This was the everyday portion of the menu so I will only post it once:
and this page changed each night:

We were on the Meraviglia 3 night Labor Day cruise and the captain said there were 2061 passengers on board. He said that was the most they have had since starting,

Thank you for the photos, my cruise is Oct 9 with two young ones (4 and 5). Do you know if the still come pick up the kids from dinner?
I don’t know if they pick up the kids from dinner. Our dining room was for fully vaccinated, so there weren’t any younger kids there.

Is traveling with birth certificate still ok for closed loop cruise?
in MSC Cruises
Posted
Ok, I am getting a little nervous and hope you all can help!
We booked a last minute cruise to the Bahamas and are checked in and received our e-tickets. I was just reading on the MSC and it says our passports must be valid for at least six months. My son’s passport expires in 3 months. Can he travel with his birth certificate and driver’s license? It is a closed loop cruise from the US and we are US citizens. In years past we have at times traveled with birth certificates and IDs, is this still acceptable?
Has anyone traveled recently with MSC specifically with just a birth certificate and ID? I have made an appointment at a passport agency but it is over 2 hours away and only a few days before the cruise and it will ease my mind to know that if something goes wrong there, he could use his BC and ID to get on the ship.
I will also call MSC tomorrow to see what they say.
Thank you!
