Thank you so much for taking us on your trip with you!  My sister and I were able to sail on the Edge this past July, and it was fabulous to get back on board again.

Adding to your book recommendations - Greg Isles, a writer from Natchez, MS.  His books are fabulous.  There are some stand alone books, as well as the Penn Cage series.

My sister and I were booked on that sailing.  For all the reasons you’ve stated (and maybe more), we swapped ours to Edge that same week.  I’m really glad they’re still allowing so much flexibility. 

Thank you!  We weren’t finding anything specific, either, and really didn’t know if there was anything specific.

My thoughts at this point are a definite first come, first served. 

My sister and I are booked on the July 10 sailing out of St. Martin this summer.  We keep reading or hearing about the capacity limits on these cruises.  Does anyone have a reference to a Celebrity source for those limits?  We can’t find it.

I know you're on the final countdown now, and I hope you and your sister have a great time.  My sister and I have been doing cruises for several years now, and I bet if I wrote it all down, my list would be similar.  And I also know that after our last cruise a couple of weeks ago, fully 70% of what I took I didn't need or use or wear.  But it was ok - the only person's shoulder that hurt lugging it all around was mine, and our trip was great. 

One other note - I didn't read all the responses ( I don't like snarky people!), so I don't know if you or your sister enjoy a cocktail or 2.  But if you do, my favorite place on the Dream or any other Carnival ship is the Alchemy Bar.  Awesome times there!

Have fun, and have a great time at Mardi Gras!  I live an hour and a half north, and it's a lot of fun!

I'm really looking forward to reading more. We sail on the Dream March 5th, and I hope they get the hot tubs going!

Does anyone know if the sugar free rockstar energy drinks are available on board the Dream? I saw they have them online for prepurchase, but we've bought the Cheers program and I don't see any need to buy them if they do have them on the ships.
