Can someone that has been to Ensenada recently please confirm that there will be taxis and/or tour guides when you get off the ship?

We are a group of 4 and I think we'd like to go see the "blow hole". I'm just not sure I want to spend the money that the cruise line is charging. :D

I was wondering if anyone knows if we can do this by ourselves. I know that Carnival has a tour that does the caves, but I was thinking I might want to do the caves and cigar factory. Do they have taxis/tour operators at the port that would do this?
