We were on Serenade in early October from Boston to Bermuda and could see no obvious problems; we had not been on that class of ship before and found it to be wonderful with all the glass and views out to sea. We were on deck 3 and did notice a slight odor in the hallway in the later part of the week but nothing too bad and was not in our room. We found the food and entertainment to range from good to great. Nothing disappointed and the staff were wonderful! I would definitely sail on her again!

We were just on Serenade last week in 3624 and loved it. We had always had a balcony room previously but had the chance to grab 2 cabins (OV and an inside) for the price of a balcony so we did that and took our DD and her friend along. We liked the location, did not notice any smell or extra noise and would book one of those cabins again.
So many negative comments about the food

Just on Enchantment last week...we thought the MDR food was very good...no complaints. Park Cafe was good and consistent; Windjammer food was ok, not great but not terrible either. It served its purpose when we wanted something quick...what I didn't like was how crowded it was but that's not anyone's fault! I avoided it during the "rush hours". Service was excellent everywhere we went on the ship! There is only Chops Grille and Chef's Table on Enchantment and we did not eat at either so can't comment on those.
