As an Upper Peninsula local (Keweenaw area), I've been dying to see the Escanaba reviews! I'm glad you enjoyed your quick visit! It has been all over the local news that the ship was coming. 

I'm sorry your visit to the Houghton area ended up being a bummer. I live up here and I've been interested in what other cruisers think of our area. You got to see Jampot bakery and Jacob's Falls. The monastery is literally like a few hundred feet up from the bakery on the left side of the road, sad that no guides told you.

Come try us out again when you can take a longer stay and explore on your own time! ❤️

I adore the selection at Forever 21! I also get a lot of stuff from Target and JcPenny. JcPenny has a lot of really cool on-trend collar necklaces right now. I used to shop a lot at Claire's/Icing, but I haven't been there in a while. I have also bought a piece from HSN by designer Heidi Daus. Her stuff is flashy, but that's what I'm into. I really, really like her rings. :D

Poking around on the HSN website, they look like they have some other really cool designers! Jewelry Television has some good stuff too-and you can score some good deals on real gemstones.
