Does anyone have recent WESTERN capers?
Please e-mail to jennjs@aol.com
I just got off the Conquest this past Sunday from the Western Itinerary and I've got the week's capers. I'll get them scanned and emailed to you with Conquest Capers in the subject line.

I'm evidently the 1% this program is not working for. Within 2 days of starting the protocol meal plan, I was in bed with a horrible migraine, I had blurred vision, couldn't walk across the room without losing my balance, slurred speech, couldn't put two thoughts together to make a coherent sentence and I felt like either I was having a stroke or just plain dying.
Because the clinic I was going to was too busy to see me, I went to my primary care physician who took a small blood sample and told me that my blood glucose level was 47. He made me take this syrupy gel stuff and drink a big glass of orange juice. He told me that this diet is not safe for everybody and that 500 calories a day is starving your body whether or not the hCG kicks in or not.
He gave me a meal plan for hypoglycemics and now I have to check in with him once a week.
I know it works for many...that's why I tried this route...but just be careful. It doesn't work for everyone.

We just sailed the Conquest on May 31st thru June 7th and we went to Sunset Beach. It is wonderful. Just tell one of the JUTA (red license plate) taxi drivers that you want to go there. It is a very short ride and the fare was like $15 for five of us one way. If you tell the nice folks at the front gate of the resort that you are Carnival passengers they will give you the day pass rate for $60 per adult and $30 per child. It is all you can drink....be it alcoholic or not....all you can eat buffet (and it was huge) and there is also a grill...and a wonderful waterpark' date=' plus you can use any of the non-motorized equipment free too....paddle boats, snorkeling, kayaks and such. There is also a basketball goal and a little mini golf course too. No complaints here, it was great.[/color']
Did you have to have a reservation or did you just walk in? We're wanting to spend the day at Sunset Beach during our cruise next month.

I'm sure this has been answered a million times but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. How do you find out who the cd will be on your cruise?
Also, does anyone have recent Capers from the Conquest? I'd love to see them if you've got them. You can email them to jensing317@aim.com
TIA!!

In July, the Legends were exactly the same as they've been for a while (Elvis, James Brown etc). I'm personally ready for some new ones.
