I was told last week to give them a few days to re-send the gift card.  I would get an email with tracking info when it shipped.  Been 4 days, so I called again today.  She started with getting all my info, then explained 'they needed to start a ticket'.  I told her it was past time for a ticket.  She finally read all the notes from the phone calls, put me on hold for 5 minutes twice.  Then came back and said the card was returned, and they could sent it out again in a few days.  I said it had already been 'a few days' and I questioned why it wasn't already sent out.  She said, again, I would get tracking info when it shipped.  I told her I didn't last time, and really I was tired of calling and getting no where after 5 weeks.  I cancelled the order.  Unfortunate because I like the discount.

My order was to be shipped UPS.  My first email after I ordered gave my order # and said I would receive another email with tracking info once the order shipped.  I never received that email.  I waited to call because I was not sure how long the lead time before shipping was.  I called two weeks after the first email and that is when I was told my order was being returned. 

     

    I called today and was told my order had been returned and I had the option to cancel, or have it shipped out again.  I'll give it a few business days, and if I have not received a tracking email I will cancel the order.  My first order with Rewards for Good was for $100 cards and that was shipped and received with no issues.  I now have one month on this order, have been charged on my credit card and am no where near close to having the giftcard.  Glad my cruise payoff is not until November.

  3. I'm having this issue also.  Placed my order on 5/20.  Waited two weeks before calling.  She said it shows the card was being returned to them, but she wasn't able to track it.  She could not tell me why it wasn't delivered in the first place.  I think it is time to call again.  I got charged for something I have not received and have had no contact from them since the original order.  Very disappointed.

  4. We had a forward cabin on Riviera deck and below was the crews quarters!! Quietest deck on the ship in my opinion and I loved it!! No noise problems at all

     

    That is the information I was hoping for. I just didn't ask correctly the first time. Now after talking with hubby we are thinking about upgrading to a balcony. lol
